Yep, I was in the seating next to them too . Kicked off when we scored and one of their lads, wearing a beret came off second best.

I had my young son with me that day and went on the home end so he could see the game, but the emotion got the better of me.

Changing subject slightly,  Notts County floodlights were too. Wer played one season and Watson's were the main match sponsor with Watson's of Bolton al around the ground and programme.

One man designed stands for over 25% of football league grounds (plus the same proportion of Scottish league grounds, major Irish grounds and Twickenham.

I love the little caveat that Cary Grant didn’t design stadia.
