Are you sure they all could?

Some will have transfer money to pay from previous deals etc

Can't see a benevolent fund suddenly appearing.

You get about £100m from TV even if you finish bottom.

Burnley get less than £10m in gate receipts

only Arsenal and United are getting close to £100m but that’s high priced corporate boxes and expensive ST’s that bump that up.

They would all be fine.

Aye and Gate revenue won’t change it. It’s a mess. Why you think more and more sponsors are getting involved. PL shirts are starting to look like F1 clothing, stadium naming rights are going for astronomical amounts of money. Everyone is chasing either staying in the PL, European football , or the title. Only so many spaces are available and it’s a roll of the dice.

Villa staying up last season was bigger than them getting promoted.

I get that gate receipts are small, but if your also asking for a bigger share of their money to be past down the chain, they're going to start getting worried.

According to this Premier League clubs lost £700m last season and continue to lose £100m a month as the gates remain closed, doubt they will be signing up for fairer distribution anytime soon...

I wonder if the Prem players would ever consider not holding their clubs over a barrel and accept lower wages more affordable whilst their clubs aren’t enjoying the income from gate receipts.

I say ‘I wonder’ but I don’t really. They’d still be demanding their contracted wages even if in doing so it’ll ensure the club folds.

It's up to the clubs to stop making the daft offers. Trouble is, there will always be a competitor willing to do it. Only way to solve it is a salary cap, but of course that would put the Premier League immediately behind other European leagues.

Why should they? Sits with clubs and they should be offering take it or leave it deals

aye only downside some dicks giving it large few bwfc dotted around us not allowed in will only help them out

I could get the kids down the park to put on a game for that type of drama.

They’ll not help us get back to proper football acting big licks round Lego land

Except for near normal viewing & social conditions, I would rather not bother watching a live game. Especially not with only a thousand fans dotted everywhere anyway.

Football is about having a drink, socialising, the atmosphere, comradarie, supporting, shouting, drinking in new towns and within reason doing what you want, when you want.

Take away most of that and what have you got left?

If it has to be I-follow, then so be it.
