Few years ago I went to Turin for work I stayed down near a vineyard not being a big wine drinker I wasn’t that interested but was told it was a must see, I went and this family made wine and mozzarella, I tried some fresh made stuff, it was erection worthy, never had anything that has come close, even had a pint of wine

I won a holiday to Monaco for being a kiss arse at work, trips here and there organised for us everyday. One day they took us to this Farm in Provence where some 80yr old granny had been making cheese from her herd of rare breed French cows. Tasted like God's jizz.

It was probably her fellas jizz but cheese is cheese

My owd fella had a heart attack couple of weeks ago, the doc said he needs to stay away from cheese

He said, bloody hell I might as well be dead 😂

1. Beauvale. This extremely pungent blue cheese from Cropwell Bishop near here, goes almost like soup at room temperature it is truly incredible

2. This blue Brie I had from a market once and never seen since. Combination of brie and gorgonzola taste, immense.

3. St. Agur, but not the spreadable one.

Often find a cheese is only as good as the crackers you're eating it with, though!
