If you pull him out what does that do to his confidence? Pen Save against Bradford I thought it would do him a world of good, then he saves another and I thought right he’s turning a corner mentally but the simple stuff he’s not getting right. Or if we finish the season safely but with little signs of improvement or direction. They've put a lot of trust in his style of play and all these players have been recruited to try and fulfil that.If they sack him and get in Graham Alexander or someone else then they've basically given up on their whole philosophy that they've set out. Be interested to see how they approach things when the embargo is over. Won't be much moneyball to be had with the current set of players if they carry on like this.
