After the last couple of games I genuinely thought it was eventually coming together. Longer than I expected but it gave me something positive to grab hold of. This Orient match was a car crash from the opening minute. It was embarrassing. IE needs to drag himself in to his office and have a serious word with himself. The defence and the defending is poor, even for this level. Don't know if its his tactical awareness or his man management skills. But he's got to get a tune out of this orchestra.
