Not bad for a town of 3 people! 😁

The 11 February primary almost didn’t happen this year in Dixville Notch, when one person moved away, leaving the remaining four residents one short of the minimum needed to handle various election responsibilities. That was fixed when a developer working on renovations of the now-closed Balsams resort, where the voting tradition began, moved in.

Blatant gerrymandering

Also because of the amount of postal votes won't this go on for a while realistically?

Yeah, gonna take a while to count those postal votes, it won’t be by 6am that’s for sure

Also if they qualify as votes going forward. Im more interested to see how this works out given the postal vote increase thats expected.

Some states allow for postal votes to be counted before election day, some on election day and some after the polls are closed, as every in the states there is always a mass of different rules for everything.

Same with the electoral college, some state give all their votes to the winner, some split the electoral college vote depending on votes won

I did wonder if they're already counted as there have been statements about the numbers posted already.

Unless they're counted purely numerically and not in terms of actual votes.

@tyldesley_white what’s the general feeling over there in which way it’s gonna go mate? Too close to call?

Tough call , living in a republican state and most of my friends are republicans, can't really say .... but all the polls are in Bidens favour ( and yea I know it was the same last time) but last time Trump slowly eat into Clinton's lead, this time Bidens lead in the polls as been constant for the last few months , read into that what you may.

This shows how fucked up the whole process is going to be.

I can see Biden pissing the popular vote by a bigger margin than Hilary but getting an even bigger margin in New York and California won't matter if he doesn't win in the close states

thats is 100% correct, That is why Biden spent so much time in Pennsylvania, Biden can win without it but Trump can't , which really is madness, the difference between a Democracy and a Republic

Even Fox are not sure he can win
