Any TV Geeks on here?

I've looked into this myself. You can either get one of the Nyrius WiFi boxes but they are expensive and don't have great reviews. Your best bet would be to get a hdmi ethernet extender, you would needfind a way to run an ethernet cable between rooms but its much cheaper and works. You would think there would be better technology for this.

Sky Q mini box (if you’ve got Sky)

Ive got 3 mini boxes now, move them round and plug in at will, works via Bluetooth

Brilliant set up now Sky

I get sky free through work but so I have that fully kitted out

I have a program that runs through my tv downstairs but it’s a huge piece of kit, it’s an analysis machine think the kind of thing sky use on Monday night football, but I want it to be able to be keep it downstairs and run through my tv but also have the option to run it upstairs without risking a hernia and carrying it up 3 flights of stairs

We put a man on the moon so I thought it would be straight forward in this day and age

Not Bluetooth

WiFi

Be better still if it wasn't limited to only 3 boxes at once

And they ended up having to run a cable to one of mine

Ah ok

Think they act as wifi boosters as well don’t they?

All ours paired up ok, about 10m between them at the longest point
