Thanks.

Highlights must be limited to 2 minutes or so.  There are chances not shown on this, such as the pinball moment which ended up with the ball going over their bar off Santos.

We fucking battered them yesterday.

I never understand the argument of “if the opposition took their chances” well yeah but they didn’t and we did

Thats football.

Its what we've been doing all season- not taking chances!

Yeah, I agree, but...nearly catches the keeper out with a speculative effort in first half, wins the ball on halfway to set up our first, wins the ball to set up our second which he puts away himself.

Not bad for a poor game.

100%

He's a quality footballer, particularly in this league.

I think many defenders look to tie him up too; yesterday we had other options supporting him which caused them many headaches defensively.

Nice to not have the weekend ruined by our club losing good performance thought Baptiste had a good partnership with Santos . Lee looks quality Doyle hopefully will go on a scoring run lot more positive today hopefully win our next 2 games.

For some unknown reason I thought Arthur assisted both goals, but the cross from Jackson for the OG was quality.  Looks simple enough, but that's exactly the sort of assist we've lacked from the full backs (so-called wingbacks) this season.  Yes he was in a good position to cross but 9 times out of 10 a Bolton ball from there floats aimlessly to the centre back or keeper.  I'd be more than happy to get him back for next season.

Look at Doyle's reaction. Excellent

It's still evident that some don't particularly celebrate. Brockbank doesn't particularly leap about - perhaps aware he didn't score it- and the reaction elsewhere is mixed. As it is on the second goal.

Is it because fans aren't there pumping the players up?

Think two lads at front post probably embarrassed they missed it and as say Brockbank probably not wanting to claim goal

You'd still expect them to be pleased though. Celebrations not as strong in many teams, and maybe the covid message having an impact, but sometimes, as individuals, there doesn't seem too much pleasure.

Anyway, so long as us fans have something to celebrate, that's the main point.
