bolton_blondie 155
When/if we are allowed out this year can you recommend any decent beer gardens? Might not be able to drink but I miss actually socialising and basking in the sunshine. Though I'd plan ahead 😂

Yes there’s a few decent boozers around “monton Carlo” I’ve not been in the beer garden at the BB though. I’ll pencil that in for 2027 when we can go out again. Lovely view of the car park and main road 😁

Bluebell is a cracking pub IMO
Whitestar 26
Go to Cartmel in Cumbria, little place called Unsworths Yard. It's got the perfect set up for an afternoon alfresco drinking and nibbles in a quaint village.
gonzo 3,044
Golden Eagle on the costa del cleveleys. Height of summer every wrongun, weekend millionaire, drug dealer, dolly bird and casually violent cocaine connasuer congregates in the massive beer garden. South facing with glorious sunshine all day. More drugs and tits than you can ger your grubby mits. Plus plenty of muscle bound gym bunnies with rose and clock tattoos fully on show for you BB. They normally have EagleFest every may bank holiday. A truck facing the beer garden with its side open and they have bands playing from 12-12 all weekend, much to the local residents delight. What a gaff 🤣

stevieb 644
Pendle Inn in barley. Went for a walk up there last lockdown and the beer garden looked lovely but I was driving so had to walk by looking longingly at the folk supping lovely pints.

Best entertainment was watching a couple so rude things to one another at a table thinking others can't see them. I did. 🤣🤣

Hate Fanny’s with a passion. Agree about Pack Horse although it seemed to have become more about the restaurant than the pub last time I was there.
