Neither original buildings were in keeping with that part of Harwood and only next door, where the tennis courts once stood, there are equally shit apartments. Lovely new turf to go down, in a shady area with poor soil structure. Be yellow and manky in no time, perhaps suiting the overall build. You're joking, right! Last thing on a builder's mind. Blind the compacted, rubble laden subsoil with a couple of inches of top soil and lay new turf. Job done.
