Totally forgot. Not much point, Conservatives usually win round ere by a margin.

Same here, I've just checked and in the last GE, they had their poorest showing for a long time, and still got 59.1% share of the votes. Honestly, round here our MP could openly say that he's going to do absolutely nothing at all for the next few years, and rip off as many expenses as he can, and he'd still get in with over 50% of the vote

That would involve him being honest, though.

Can't understand why folk don't vote. Lame excuses don't count as an excuse.

All who didn’t vote yesterday may as well stay off the politics thread. Your opinion automatically becomes null and void.

What if there’s not a party or person you want to actually vote for?

You still have to put a cross in a box. Even if they're cunts. Otherwise you're a void cunt whose opinions are worth nothing & you're banned from the politics thread 🚫😉

Does that include those who wrote "Pissflaps" on their ballot slip?

It's mindsets like this that saw Tim Ream voted player of the year twice in a row

The party I voted for won, so as a visionary I’m sat alone on the moral high ground whilst you all have your petty, and very meaningless, squabbles.

Let’s hope you don’t change your mind and moan like a wee bitch about it this time 😎😎

If my chosen candidate ends up making an utter dogs dinner of it, I most certainly reserve my democrat right to change my mind.

Weird thing democracy.

Too complicated FOR SOME ON HERE

Strictly speaking, an independent doesn’t have a party.

Changing your mind is one thing.

Flogging yourself in public seems unnecessary.

Putting my cross 2 inches further up or down a ballot paper is hardly torture.

The ability to admit mistakes and change opinions seems like a perfectly normal human trait to me.

The likes of Paul Hanley like to crack on that every decision they've ever made has been the right one. He hasn't.
