To say it has been a shit 12 months or so is a understatement! Wouldn't change my job for the world though!

Enjoy your free trust pastie @kent_whiteyou're a better person than me being on a ward 👍

Be nice to NHS staff, we choose the size of cannula needle you get lads 😊

I'm off the wards these day and am a scum sucking pen pusher! 🙂

And never put yourself down for working in the community - you're the vanguard!

Enjoy your pastie too - it's the trust's answer to everything! 😁

Another statistic I learned today - is that just over 33% of the NHS staff who have died from COVID are nurses.

Karol Sikora says you're all faking it.

Them nurses would have died anyway this year, so what you prattling on about?

I had a look at that "quiz".

What a truly pathetic attempt it is to twist history and undermine efforts that are ongoing.

Putting a pooly labelled, improperly titled graph up there for you to guess at, and then offering up a clever twat answer as to why your guesses were wrong, is wankerish in the extreme.

I have a number of nicely sized pieces of laurel currently seasoning in the garden: they're particularly hard and would make a suitable device for wrapping round his head.

How many of those nurses were from Matt Wankcock's 50,000 new nurses?

What percentage of nhs staff are nurses ?

5% just checked. That’s an insane amount of folk that have died but guess they were on the front line more than anyone else.

each and everyone of you are hero’s anyway and deserve every penny that comes your way. Vastly underpaid profession

I was rounding down for effect 😉

But yes, it's 22%. 330k of 1.5m

So what’s the actual breakdown of staff from that 1.5m?

330k nurses

220k medical staff at different grades (doctors, surgeons, anaesthetists, etc.)

950k managers and admin staff

would be my satirical guess

My satirical and response would be stick to playing snooker on shift and moonlighting on your days off.
