Members bolton_blondie
Right. So I'm popping rennies like sweets and I'm on 1 omeprazole a day for heartburn. Any of you lot know what else I can be doing to get rid of it? GP is basically Shipman so I'm not going back to him. It's keeping me up at night now. Thought you lot would be be best to ask as you're a bunch of demics? Cheers laddos.
Site Supporter MickyD Posted May 15, 2021 Site Supporter Share Posted May 15, 2021 Morrison’s sell their own brand heartburn stuff. It really is thick stuff but my advice would be to pour some into another bottle then top back up with water. Have it at the side of the bed and drink as needed. ErnestTurnip
As well as the much recommended jizz try sleeping sat up or as propped up as you can, it might help stop it before it starts.

Was diagnosed too with coeliac disease, may be another option to get tested ? Watching England in Warsaw in 1999, left my Omeprazole at home by mistake. Bought some in Warsaw, daft boot had only given me laxatives, talk about a rough fucking couple of days. Made 500 Polish loons attacking us with more tools than Screwfix stock seem like a stroll in the Saski Park.....excuse the pun for those ITK 😉

Breightmet Boy
Put a brick under each leg at the top of your bed to help you sleep. I went to see my doctor about 35yrs ago and told him I didn’t want anymore tablets, I wanted a cure. He tapped away on his computer and told me to cut out tomatoes, cucumber and oily fish and not had omeprazol, Tagamet or anything else since. I suffered from helicobacteria, acid reflux, hardly had a problem since.
