When I worked there , on a Friday you could take home as much as you wanted . They were one of the first to can wine . You were limited to what you could take of that. It was her that told me they use capsicum as one of the ‘secret’ ingredients. Apparently it’s a chilli variety they grow themselves and only 5-6 people know the actual name or have access to it.
