The hotel will make money and has done. Which will likely offset some of the football club losses. If you run the club well maximise commercial opportunities to offset losses with good management and a bit of investment over 4-5 years you could have a club ready to challenge for top half of the championship ready for a rich buyer looking to get a potential premiership club on the cheap. That has to be the business model.

Much like when king ken came on board. i wonder if other bidders submitted bullshit bids which hid the truth? Did others work on the assumption that they must have the hotel aswell? Or did they bid for club only? (And therefore on the face of it had less attractive bids but true and accurate bids) Basically the bidding process was complete crap. Once FV disclosed that they would only buy the club if they got the hotel then they should have been thrown out. That wasn’t the deal. Laughable really. If anyone of the other bidders had anything about them then they should legally challenge

As was put to me the other day, the process is probably still covered by NDA So, all the negative stuff isn't coming from somebody with anything to lose by breaching said agreement I'll leave that to others to decide who might want to paint FV in a poor light I'm sure if FV could give their side, folk would be less twitchy
