It’s absolute vindication for the efforts of FV, all you boys who’ve stuck at it with season tickets in the dark times and shoved the hard miles in fully expecting the inevitable tanking. A special day for the club and the town today to see the place rocking and no far off packed. Let hope we get the 3 points i genuinely think Sharon might shed a tear today when she sees and hears it.4 likes

We've a couple of new signings unavailable, and our first choice left back out too. Plan b is a bit hampered at the moment.2 likes

Jesus. He alone makes every decision does he? No input from anyone else. When Spain matches the low level of restrictions we have, see what happens then. Loads of people wanted restrictions lifting earlier than they were; in the words of whitty "we have to learn to live with it at some point". Unless you have all the answers and can prove they're correct then sometimes you have to try things 20000 of us enjoyed a day in the sun at the football today. Shite result but a pleasure to go nonetheless.1 like

Bit too much praise for Rotherham yes well drilled did a job but nothing special for me Off day finish above this lot1 like

I know fucking Piddle. just what you need. Doyle is crap Evatt is over rated. Jeezus we have some fans with not much intelligence. I will leave it at that. We are a work in progress. these men have been promoted the last two seasons they have been in this league. Only relegated from Championship by 2 points and a canny manner. Get some perspective FFS1 like

It was very BWFC to lose today, Rotherham played it like a cup final which is a tribute to how far we have come over the last 18 months, fully expect us to bounce back and finish above them come the end of season.1 like

Thought we played really well first half despite conceding two goals. Thought we were more than capable of getting back in the game. Second half we struggled a bit and their constant time wasting and shithouse tactics made it harder for us. Just one of those games.1 like

Took my little lad to his first league game today. He's 6. I might leave it a bit before he comes again. Christ it was hard work! 😁1 like

Good indication of where we are at the moment. We did ok - but Rotherham just looked more savvy. Shame that goal didn't stand as 2-1 would have made it interesting. They will be there or there about come the end of the season. We make more noise when there's just the usual suspects there!1 like

Bit of a reality check there after a 2-5 away win. Very, very early days still but my thought after the first eight games is that we're an improving side and club but there are better sides in this league who are more experienced at the level. No side escapes a season without injuries but it would be interesting to see how we'd have done today and against Burton with Amechi and Baka available. Different options. We're not an out and out poor side defensively but there's certainly room for improvement in that department and the goals against column tells that story alone.1 like

Give Rotherham their credit they've done a job on us. Perfect away performance 2 early goals and defend solidly to keep a clean sheet.1 like

Assume you go on the cocktails after 5pm? Complan with a dash of Sherry, something like that? All gathered round a wireless dancing to Vera Lynn bangers.1 like

They’re in at around £160m I think now ncluding £20m last season. Selling Armstrong might keep it down to only needing a further £10m this season EDIT just checked, it’s only £140m. Ouch1 like

It’ll happen again at Wigan. You can’t keep paying the wages they are with 2 men and a dog watching them. Not all away teams take 5k to keep them going1 like

Said it before. The Massives are fucking brilliant at it. Brother has a ST. Times I’ve been with him. 44 mins bob down for a pint. Small kiosk serving nowt but ale (food/snacks/soft drinks served in different kiosks). 3 folk on it. About 20 pints sat there waiting for a top up. First folk start appearing, bang, the machine starts, one fills pints to near top, another one takes order, third one finishes pints off. Queues move quickly and everyone back in seats for second half. It really isn’t that difficult. For the price of a few extra minimum wages they are shifting a shed load of extra pints at £5 a go1 like

Ted Undies at his best "Well, I mentioned Poirot. Who wrote about him? Yes, that's right Agatha Christie. So you said Morecambe as they played at Christie park. Good answer. But who was another famous Morecambe? Eric. And name another famous footballer sharing a name with his on-stage partner? Dennis Wise of course. And who did he play for - well it was Chelsea, and who is another famous Chelsea. Well, Chelsea Clinton - and where did she get her Masters degree at - Oxford. Yes, the answer was Oxford, not Morecambe. Bad luck Tony and Beryl from Swadlingcote...here's your Dusty Bin miniature, here's what you could have won"1 like
