  1. Who gives a fuck what his party is or who anyone elses party is. This is about him and his bent corrupt mate. I wouldn't care if he was a fully fledged cuckoo boy in the free cocaine and brass party. Hes cunt. A lying corrupt bent bastard cunt thats taken us all for mugs.

  2. Do you not think 5 of our best players last night were understandably not fit enough; Charles, Lee, Williams, Fossey and Jones? Do you not think when those 5 get up to speed and match fitness we will be better? Do you not see that IE is looking to bring in new blood because the squad isn’t strong enough at the moment? So when the question is asked how and why will things change for the better there are solutions - they’re just not going to be immediate unfortunately. Many of us said things might get worse before they get better. I’m not saying there aren’t problems (think it was @Mantra post earlier which highlighted them well) But If we don’t believe things can get better and change what’s the point in going/watching?!

  5. sarcevic was a big player for us...on and off the pitch his influence off the pitch was big, as you would expect, but when that became a negative, he had to go he got stick from many, but thats par for the course hopefully, short term pain, long term gain

  6. Other clubs supporters rave about Dempsey at this level and in Morley we now have someone who can deliver a set ball Jones now back and Evatt in the market for a keeper..........Lets look at the team Feb 1st onwards

  7. The trenches comment is pretty pathetic. Having been to Fleetwood, Accrington and Hartlepool and seeing us lose all three without scoring, then getting home just before midnight after yet another 0 goals scored defeat I think I have a right to challenge what is going on. There are mitigating circumstances that people have acknowledged but by my reckoning in last 13 leagues we have won 2 drawn 2 and lost 9 so 8 points we have conceded 22 and scored 10. In addition knocked out cups by Stockport and Hartlepool. That is more than cause for concern. Not calling for Evatts head but we need the reinforcements and returning players to hit the ground running. Last year we did it but the idea it will be just as easy in this division is crazy.

  8. Vastly? Really? Ipswich aren't as good as Wycombe. Different style, but not as good. Wycombe weren't massively better than us last night, for all our faults. Any improvement gives us a fighting chance. I don't like singling players out, but Delfouneso? Pay his contract up and let him retire. Saturday will see Jones back from the start and fresh legs in midfield, probably at GT's expense. I like Thomason and I like his never give up attitude but I thought he was poor last night. Worried about Dapo, gone right off the boil since getting all the attention.

  9. I think we will be fine, maybe that's too blasé for some on here. But we just need any sort of scrappy win to build some confidence. It will come, perhaps once the transfers are all sorted. Positives tonight = Charles, Fossey and Jones. Negatives = - Still major defensive issues and I'm not sure Morley and possibly Dempsey from Gillingham will fix that. - As a collective the back 4 isn't working. All have weaknesses, I think in particular John although lots of fingers pointed at Santos lately. - Dixon is probably the number one personnel to fix defensively, having a good GK can really win you points. Gilks proved that last season. Dixon looks diminutive in goal and isn't inspiring any confidence right now. - Delf isn't good enough, end of but we already knew that. Why did we have to use him? Where were Xav and Kacha tonight? Injured or covid I'm guessing? - Bakayoko was awful second half and rightfully hooked. Didn't look arsed to compete and win for headers which is concerning. Got a pat on the back from Evatt when he came off, didn't deserve that imo. - If you're going to play as a central midfielder in a system like this, you need to boss the game. Lee and Thomason weren't capable of that today, even MJ, I didn't think imposed himself on the game enough but he was probably the best of them. Hopefully Morely can bring some quality there. I like Thomason but wasn't in the game enough at all for a CM tonight. All in all, the game tonight was looking positive until we conceded, which is the story of our season. We had a positive spell second half too but the game was over at that point. As many have said Wycombe did a job on us and it's too easy for teams to that at the moment.

  10. Reckon that's not it. Recently he's been getting absolutely battered by opposition players. Teams know he's a threat now and put a bruiser on him and take him out of the game. To be fair to Dapo he doesn't go down like a sack of shit but he's taking more than his fair share of flack in my view.

  18. ffs. Evatt has some blind spots but his most obvious one is at goalkeeper. After the Crellin debacle, having to get an aging but capable coach reserve up to speed, loaning the Burnley lad & never once playing him, signing a 'better-than-Crellin Dixon, and now looking at loaning anothing ameoba wtf is going on in his head ? Get a capable, competent, experienced one for God's sake. They are available & everywhere. It's actually a position that gains you points. It's worth the expense. If it puts Dixon's nose out of joint ... good. Let him fight for his place.

  21. Is it fuck, like. You don't cause a diversion by throwing your leader under the bus, causing total mistrust in the party. This is being done to oust Johnson, simple as. Its not a face saving exercise. Or if it is, its the worst strategy in british politics.

  22. Evatt said he wanted someone as backup to Dixon, so on that basis it makes sense- I don't see the lad replacing him. I know there are concerns over Dixon, but it appears that IE has no intention of bringing in someone better, and letting Dixon develop off him.

  27. I'm absolutely baffled by takes like this. It's taken him a while to get himself going but I'd say he's comfortably looked out most dangerous and consistent attacking threat for a while now, it's a huge miss, especially considering the alternatives we currently have at our disposal. I certainly won't be one defending Evatt at the minute, but not really sure the use of attacking players is a point that you can criticise him for.

  28. It’s going to happen. Put players back in the mix after being cold and not training no matter the warm up you will get small tears, it’s inevitable These injuries always look worse when you’re so thin on the ground but they happen at every club 18 months ago we barely had a 5 aside team It’s remarkable where we now are. Getting quality in every position takes time, getting quality cover in every position takes even longer

  30. If that is the best excuse/lie he can come up with then he should resign for that alone. Let's just pretend for second he DID think it was "a work thing". If so, then he should be sacked for being that much of a thick cunt. He's an embarrassment.

  37. Some good you lot would have been in the trenches. We’re up against it fellas. But we’re still a club in transition and there will be times like these. Trust Evatt, he got us promoted with a bunch of strangers on the same budget as a Sunday league team. Some of these players still barely know each other’s names and it shows on the pitch at times. He’ll get them scrapping, and we won’t be relegated. Show some faith. The Spider.
