  2. Stop bullying WS63 FFS! He may have some misguided rose-tinted perspective of an imaginary Tory party with a social conscience, but he's always value for money when it comes to providing an insight into what's going on in the heads of "traditional" Tory voters - it's like reading the back catalogue of "Conservative Home". And at least he tries to explain himself without resorting to personal insults which is a rare commodity. I've learned a lot from him. For example, "traditional" Tory voters think: * This government is an embarrassment, hasn't delivered on their promises and has let traditional Tory voters down * They are not proper Tories and don't have traditional Tory policies. I presume that means there are no national assets left to privatise or sell off to their rich mates at the expense of ordinary folk but I'm sure he'll provide clarification. * Polls, by - elections etc mean nothing because there are millions of Tories out there keeping the light under a bushel just waiting for the chance to pounce at the next general election. In summary, despite not being proper Toerags, despite not delivering on their electoral promises, despite not "delivering the Brexit they voted for", despite embarrassing the Tory party with scandal after scandal and despite trashing the economy - the "real" Tories will still be turning out in droves to ensure they win the next GE. Fascinating insights, I'm sure you'll agree - so get off his case as he's sincere in what he writes and I'm sure there's lots more good stuff to come

  4. The lad took stand up comedy to another level tonight! Absolutely brilliant. A lot of old stuff was used but more up to date. The man is a legend. I get how some people don’t like him but if you’re from Bolton or the surrounding areas and don’t like him then I don’t get it. Everything he talks about we can all relate to

  7. Well just got back and my 1st thoughts are Bristol rovers are fucking cunts to a man.1st half we were shite but not helped by a total inadequate ref who needs to read the rules were you only stop play for a head injury.2nd half we played a little better but BRFC were still cunts.Evatt needs to drop Kachunga offers nothing,Beck had good spells and some shit spells,Toal got better as the game went on overall for me we are not good enough for promotion at this moment in time to many players not playing to there potential

  9. Another bunch of shithousing cunts them. Hardly surprising given their manager. We shouldve won that given our second half dominance. We just need to sort these first halves out. Id hate to see our conceeded first stats. We are 5th and not even playing well. Like mick says, you really cant doubt our fitness and spirit.

  11. As someone who is really interested in other people's heritage I often struggle with how to ask this question. I usually just flounder around for a bit until they get the idea. Asking someone what their ancestry is seems a bit weird. As does asking someone where their families roots are from. I'm not sure why it should be such a sensitive question to ask? I end up just sounding very awkward and feeling like I'm Hitler or something inwardly for having the temerity to be interested.

  18. But on the other hand Italian Major Ready to Splash the Cash. Italy’s oil major ENI (BIT:ENI) is rumored to be in talks to buy private equity-backed producer Neptune Energy for $5-6 billion, eyeing its gas-tilted portfolio that is currently producing some 130,000 b/d of oil equivalent per day, mostly located in the North Sea. If Total want to sell, they will find a buyer without too much trouble, they are just saber rattling

  25. Completely agree it’s not a vote of confidence for the government Lusty but really who could have any after the cock up they’ve made since the last election? If it had been in my constituency I wouldn’t have voted as a message to the party that they need to stop this left of centre socialist crap and get back onto Conservative policies. Sadly they are completely ignorant of voters priorities and have no intention of changing, which means Tories we’re right to stay at home yesterday which is exactly what they did.

  26. The customary £1 @ 16/1 on Santos to score anytime. For those who don't understand betting, that means I've just thrown a pound away. I do fancy Dion to net from open play though. It's going to happen sooner rather than later and he'll hopefully go on a streak

  31. What a piece of work the 'offended' one really is. So many scumbags around these days who simply want to intentionally instigate as much trouble and outrage as possible to suit their political aims. Interesting to note who jumps on the soapbox to completely support her from the WWays ranks. Totally and utterly predictable. The champion and runner up in my ignore league. The old dear who has had to scarper is clearly losing the plot through age related deterioration but fuck it, lets slaughter the privileged bitch on the altar of social media inspired self righteous indignation.

  37. It’s all about context, as ever. Im not saying this royal worker has done well here, but my assumption is that she’s spent her whole life asking people - politely and with genuine interest - what their heritage or cultural background is. I’d guess further to that, that she does this so she can pass this info onto members of the royal family then they can talk to these guests and not drop any bollocks. If she’d screamed in her face that she was a golliwog I’d be less supportive, but the situation this occurred in must be taken into account.
