"After the River Cottage incident and their subsequent revenge attack, I tried to broker peace with the cunts by setting up a gourmet night down the road in Lowestoft. When I presented my dish Coq au Michael Brown they were too pissed up to figure it out. Next day, as I drove back up the A146 to Norwich, they're ringing me. Gary Rhodes had been torn a new one by some glass and was going to be shitting blood for a week, Mary Berry felt like she was pissing Domestos (though to be fair, she said her bog's never been cleaner) and Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall was reacting badly to the camel DNA and was clearly getting the hump. But before I could call in a result, I realised Mary had done me with her surprise item Tartes Pablo. Spent the next hour in a lay-by near Beccles, puking up this weird bitter blue stuff. After scraping the mess off my shoes with what remained of the previous night's menu, I vowed revenge; and it came soon enough..."6 likes

You can barely keep todays 16 year olds from being utter bellends, smoking weed and staying in bed all day, never mind keep them in maths education. Its absolute fantasy island soundbite horseshit spoke by a PM completely out of his depth and a party so out of touch they may as well be on the fucking moon. The whole country is in meltdown and that silly cunt is on about maths lessons. Hed have been better off saying they should all learn how cook soup on a camping stove in the dark and how to skin pigeons, because the way the country is going, thats how we will have to live. Imagine Corbyn coming out with such bollocks? He was castigated for the free tution fees and wifi for all stuff. This clown has taken it to the next level. Bunch of incompetent, corrupt wankers. I hope every sector in the land strikes and riots start till the cunts are gone.4 likes

There is no pressure more intense than the pressure we put on ourselves. Look out for yourself first, it’s the only way to be useful to those closest to you. Bit like on a plane when they tell you to put your own oxygen mask on first. Same applies with your bonce. It’s not selfish, it just good drills. Xx2 likes

Was Gillingham at home in 85/7 - season we got relegated to Div 4. One of our few good days that year. We tanked them 3-0 and Mark Gavin had a blinder. Absolutely hammered it down all day.1 like

It depends what ‘maths’ they decide upon. Differentiation and integration type maths was bollocks which very few people ever used outside the classroom. If they were learning budgeting, accountancy skills and that type of maths then why not?1 like

I’ve Seen many people saying more topics used in everyday life should be taught in school. Areas such as taxes, mortgages, pensions, savings etc. maybe use these extra 2 years to cover these subjects?1 like

Hull are looking to cut squad numbers and costs so I think that’s a significant factor too.1 like

I like Evatts comments about trying to recreate on the left, what Bradley offers us on the right. And I know DJ has done this previously, but it’s not happening, the sooner folk accept this the better, we move on, let’s look forward to what this lad is going to do, not backwards. “He’s a player we have admired for a long time who offers some serious blistering pace down that left-hand side and that kind of attacking prowess that Conor (Bradley) does for us on the right.“1 like

Remember 70’s when our game at Oldham got called off so we drove to Blackpool vs Blackburn (both were near the top of the second division like us). we were in the paddock with the cop end to our right and Blackpool end to the left when it kicked off in the Blackpool end. After about 10 minutes the police got it under control and started to march about 150 round the pitch and we thought they were Blackburn. Whilst passing I noticed quite a few and they were all Bolton. Blackburn fans clapping them thinking they were their lot and as soon as the police let them into the cop it kicked off there. Police ended up surrounding the Bolton for the game. Anyone remember that?1 like

Again, totally incorrect. Removal of eu laws doesn't guarantee dropping standards. Just purely part of the transition process. It only allows for such things to happen, should any government here deem that necessary, which hasnt happened. Perhaps Starmer may choose to should he get in, or maybe he won't as there is no desire to? The eu also retains its own right to reduce standards for its members should it choose to do so- does that automatically mean they will do? Two entirely different things, which you struggle to get your head round, or is it more that the narrative cannot be moved away from. There has been no weakening of food production standards. As it happens, chnages are happening with regards to funding to allow for a better environmental approach in land management, as I've said before. Some are happy about it, others aren't, no surprise but such is life. No doubt in time, the ELMS system will undergo changes as it develops. There was a little published article a while back about supposed poor enforcement of standards in Australia, which could be problematic if stuff imported from there is found to be below standard, but we have seen the occasional issue whilst a member of the EU anyway; the horse meat scandal, BSE being two such examples.1 like

Williams is left footed. Plays right wing or left wing back. So if it’s happening it will be to play left wing back not replace Bradley. He obviously doesn’t fully fancy Beck, John will be leaving and Iredale is injured.1 like

The suggestion that the EU should accept "equivalence of standards" to smooth paperwork etc is ridiculous. There has to be a unified set of standards to allow freedom of trade. If the UK is vain enough to claim that our (reducing) standards should be good enough, then it opens the door to every EU country and - importantly, EU applicant - to make the same claim. The whole point is to improve the standard across the European diaspora, not to accept the lowest common denominator.1 like
