Drained with it all me. Proper had enough and fuckin tired. Not enjoyed this season one bit. Constantly built up then having the life sucked out of you.3 likes

We've spent nearly a million to go from 2nd to probably 4th. But still, we play nice football. IE has done a great job of lowering a lot of people's expectations2 likes

Not sure why anyone would be arsed what they're doing, especially their crowd sizes. Find it very strange.2 likes

Foden, Palmer and Bellingham ALL occupy the middle...and even when Palmer and Foden have played "right" they drift in to become central and all their productivity comes centrally. Bellingham probably the bext 10 on the planet right now, so we just cant play all 3. Maybe 2...but than means no Saka, who is probabnly the only "winger" type we have that will run at the full back out wide.....maybe Antony Gordon too now...thats why I think he still looks at Rashford. Its too easy to stick the names together, but all this attacking threat is pointless if the midfield can't support it....and thats where Philips was so bloody good with Rice at the euros...but we don't have anyone to do that roll now in the big games....and its exactly why Henderson / Philips still get picked...maybe its Manoo's time now.2 likes

The UK used to mean "United Kingdom" but ask anyone today and they'll tell you it stands for "Unbelievable Krimewave"2 likes

Happy with the job Evatt has done and wouldn’t mind him for another year if we fail to go up. Stability is an underrated commodity in football. He’s a good manager, not yet shown himself to be excellent though. But do you want to risk starting from scratch with a new man? I feel he Evatt needs this promotion for the fan base’s support in general. He’s had 3 seasons to build a team capable of League 1 promotion and too often we’ve been lacking in important games and moments. Some bad luck yes - but when it’s happening consistently it is difficult to keep taking it. The Wigan defeats, the Blackpool loss, the Derby loss. Dont think last season was our “time” to go up. Seemed written in the stars for Sheffield Weds, but this year we’ve had an easier league and Evatt has built this team with substantial funding and backing. I wouldn’t be surprised if he walked before he was pushed should we fail to go up.1 like

All our issues tend to stem from the opposition turning up and either playing well or frustrating us If they'd just let us play like Oxford and Exeter did we'd have been up by Christmas1 like

Felt sorry for Maghoma tonight. He was so much better than everyone else on our team it was quite embarrassing.1 like

Standard letdown/disappointing performance. I can take not winning but for fucks sake the number of times we’ve had chances this season and not taken them are frightening. I hope none of you lads are expecting promotion in the play offs because we have an awful tendency of fucking it up every time we get an opportunity. By no means a forgone conclusion and seeing the number of times we’ve bottled it this season fills me with no confidence whatsoever. The team is so jackyl and Hyde, no consistency whatsoever. We need to fuck this tiki-taka shite off, this shite formation off and become more solid defensively and get some characters in the dressing room who have some stones about them. We also need a manager who can change a game tactically.1 like

I said after the Pompey game whilst I didn’t fear anyone in the play offs I fear the play offs. We just don’t have the level of performance we showed v portsmouth over 2 or 3 games on the trot. They don’t deal well with pressure, don’t often turn deficits round in our favour and are so easy to score against. We’ll limp in to the play offs now with a couple of Meek performances v’s Vale and Peterborough. we are the epitome of Bipolar in football terms1 like

Fucked it now. Relying on a Cambridge win and goal difference. Defensively not good enough giving soft goals away. We had enough of the ball but didn't create enough.1 like

Just need to win; forget goal difference because we just need Derby to slip up and win our remaining game’s1 like

Agreed. You just know there's going to be one of those situations where false rumours about scores in the other game start spreading, little pockets of cheering around the crowd etc1 like

Draw. Enough to keep them needing points, but not a demoralising defeat that puts them on the back foot. Would love Peterborough to lose, resign them to Play-offs and give us bigger allocation at their place.1 like

I can't see much in the way of overheads for kiosks scattered around outside the stadium. Close them for games that will be quiet. In favour of anything to create a day out atmosphere, rather than rush in and out. The fanzone is way too small.1 like

Reminiscent of a slide I produced for some Yankee management crowd who came out here when I was managing WA for a large and well known US gear manufacturer. They used to have stuff sent to me in Perth in DHL bags and ask "Can you hand this/these to Rocky when you see him please". Rocky was based in Brisbane and ran Queensland for them. I sent a note back once saying "OK, I will see him next at the Januarys International Sales Conference in Cancun. I'll hand it to him then". They were not amused They were utterly gobsmacked when we superimposed the outline of Australia over that of the USA.1 like

The problem with an Away fans area is that it has to be big enough to covers its costs which for most followings would be a struggle. For the bigger away followings imagine there would be policing issues. Wycombe had a bar and bar bq area which is ok when we went there, but only cos I was driving , can not imagine using one otherwise , did at Lincoln last season but again cos was driving. The places that do this tend to have fuck all in ground at this level. They can always just go in ground and have a drink. I am in the 'fuck em' camp.1 like

Will 99% be going to see him in Bowdon/Altrincham in October. Seen him a couple of times as a support act when he did mainly Seahorses stuff (which I love). Be interesting to see him mix Seahorses and his new album up. https://www.quaytickets.com/bowdonrooms/en-GB/shows/chris helme/events1 like
