A full course of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, a number of counselling sessions and countless physio and sports massage sessions (every time I convinced myself that pins and needles in my arms/hands/legs/foot etc. was the onset of MND) over the last 13 months and I've finally got to the point where I had a blood sample taken for this yesterday.
