I work every other Saturday so me and the missus take it turns to go to the eldests game as he plays in the Yorkshire league. So far she has had to travel to Sheffield, Huddersfield and Halifax and she has Doncaster this Saturday. (10am KO 🤢) I’ve had to travel to Salford twice and 2 postponements 😂😂 she fkin hates me.

When my step lad was younger he played for the B team at Guiseley for some reason in final year joined the Harrogate league which is about 15 miles away, but you also have teams other side of Harrogate so could be doing 40 miles away trips to play or watch a fucking awful standard of kids football. One week would be a 9:30 kick off, then a 14:30, so either up early or the whole day taken up. Fortunately started playing him in goal as could kick it furthest so he got pissed off and stopped playing.
