Yeah and I know it's cliche and sometimes falls on deaf ears but as fans we really gotta get behind the team. And I'm not speaking about when we are winning and it's all rosey. There's going to be times, even at home when somebody makes a mistake, we're losing and then you can hear everybody grumbling, moaning and putting pressure on our own players ie "GET IT FORWARD" shouts in the 30th minute. Teddy's our number 1 goalkeeper and got player of the month. Makes one mistake and I see loads of comments questioning if he's the right man and or that he's not good enough. Just unbelievably fickle. Schumacher has shown, even in his first few games last season that he's not like Evatt. We don't usually go behind, heads drop and then look hopeless at bringing a goal back or just end up getting battered (Swindon aside), although we are going to lose games of football, it happens. He's shown he can change the majority of games with his substitutions just like on Saturday. Even before the equaliser the team came out 2nd half bang up for it, we were playing with such pace and intensity. I don't get the same feeling as I did under Evatt where we looked hopeless. Look what happened at Huddersfield. Probably the best support we've seen from our amazing away fans who didn't stop singing all 2nd half and gave the players extra energy to turn 0 points into 3. I genuinely believe that we can look back at that game at the end of the season as a turning point. And that all happened when the positivity from the fans was being well heard. We have the biggest support in the league, gotta make the likes of Mansfield, Stevenage, Burton etc or whoever when they come to our place feel that they are under immense pressure from 20,000 home fans. And that goes the same for the horrible referees in this league too. They are unreliable and have zero bottle about them. If/when we put pressure on them they are more likely to fold in our favour. The referee on Saturday finally realised he had cards in his pockets especially after us fans were pressuring him more. I guess like they say, we are in it together.8 likes

Hard not to be pleased for Dan and great to see a small club beat one of the Old Firm in a final.5 likes

If anyone's on here that didn't go to the game they'll think the players were getting proper stick on Saturday. That's miles from the truth. If there was any booing at H-T I'm sure it was for the ref, obviously I can't be certain, but there was a negative reaction as soon as the board went up as 1 minute, and a minute later fans are obviously still angry about that and the H-T whistle was a natural trigger to show the officials what they thought. I know a Bolton crowd when its angry at H-T and I'm absolutely certain that wasn't anywhere near one. We can't vouch for individuals being idiots but that will happen in 100% of home league games we're losing at H-T. And there seems to be an impression that TSL was getting some stick for his error. Again, not true. The atmosphere was fairly flat for the majority of the game as expected, it was Exeter! But the general feel in the crowd was supportive, its nonsense if anyone thinks there was general or sustained negativity.5 likes

There shouldn't be any religious schools whatsoever. If you want to do indoctrination, do it in your own time.4 likes

I'd ban all faith schools. But regarding the mosques, the building of them and planning that surrounds them is disproportionate to other faiths. I'd put a halt to them building new ones and regulate the clear bent planning. In my utopian post I'm targeting Muslims as its that particular faith and it's extremities that are causing the most problems and growing faster than any other 'minority' demographic in this country.3 likes

To be fair the lefties were laughing about that guy falling off his ladder to his death putting up a flag. It's fine when your side does it, but outrage when the other side does it. The next time anyone tries to claim the moral high ground I will just direct them to this post.2 likes

Hard as it may seem if we’d just left the likes of Iraq, Syria and Libya alone we wouldn’t have all these issues now. It’s the Wests continued belief that they know best and we must stop the tyranny with our pathetic virtue signalling interference. All the deceptions and excuses Blair used for the gulf war caused all the mayhem we have now. By all means chase down the terrorises, assist groups to defend themselves in their own country but just leave the feckers alone to deal with it themselves.2 likes

You have such a small grasp of proof reading. He talks a lot more sense than you do - not difficult we know. Realism. Something you and your sort prefer to keep in the background. The synagogue attack in Manchester is still very recent and yet there are those on here keen to make out that muslims are the hard done by ones.2 likes

Aye I've spent years on here rowing with Cheese but this rape thing is nonsense. He once told a story of some mad bird he had that had rape fantasies. That's it Nothing more to it. He might be a massive wind up merchant and argumentative sod but he's certainly not some rapist deviant. He's a decent family man, Bolton fan and just likes a bit of a tear up on here like the rest of us. Winds me off the clock half the time but I'd gladly buy him a pint and he's certainly no sex-pest. It was just a story about an old bird into some weird stuff.2 likes

Spot on pal. Keeper has had a brain fart but difference in this team and the one under evatt is we dont all stand around finger pointing and we get stuck in ,do our bit and sort it out. This team is a fucking team that are playing for each other this is a team that can pull a victory from the jaws of defeat this is a team that will get promoted.2 likes

I used to have my doubts about Johnston but he's had a very good season so far so Preston can bugger off!2 likes

I don’t. I still think we blew two points (and a three point swing) against Bradford. Winning this, will cancel out the two points, in my opinion. If we were above 2 points a game and top of the league, I’d agree a point is good. But we need to recover earlier setbacks and, therefore, raise expectations from games such as this.2 likes

Oh of course, suppose I meant how many would want to or try to use the gun they'd just picked up. I hope the man (named as Ahmed al Ahmed) pulls through, and he can live his life knowing that he may have been responsible for saving a number of other lives, rather than knowing he shot someone dead - however much they deserved it.2 likes

A few have already said on here we shouldn’t get involved with their mess. We have already seen the shit it causes. If it directly involves us then yes, if not then leave it.1 like

I’m really not. Yes we can leave Muslims to kill each other, we have done for years in many countries and no doubt we will do it again going forward. People wanting us to be Muslim free wouldn’t mean us being self sufficient. Far from it. Would love the world to be religion free, be ace wouldn’t it but it ain’t happening.1 like

I just don’t think you can stop a demographic of people from growing though. You can halt immigration & yes look at faith schools across the UK. But there would be huge resistance to it. I see what you’re saying about planning. If the mosque isn’t necessary and the building or site could be used for a better purpose. Think we need to be firmer with some of the more conservative Islamic practices. Definitely think we’ve been scared to address certain issues out of fear of offending. But nobody can really tell Muslims to stop growing their faith or population.1 like

As long as we keep increasing the size of the Muslim population there will continue to be a need to create more mosques. I’m not an expert on Islam but it seems that the Mosque is the centre of Muslim integration much like the Catholic Churches were decades ago when if you didn’t go you got a call from the local priest. Imams are again similar to what your priest used to be in controlling their local flock. We never had that problem in the Methodist church you just turned up or you didn’t. I don’t know or care how we do it but if we’re ever to retain what we’ve been brought up with for our kids and grandkids we need to start now in reducing the Muslim base residing here because as it grows it will quickly subsume the country as we’ve known it.1 like

Enjoyed Saturday, a toughed out win. Exeter defended like warriors up to our goal, so many tackles and flying blocks that we should give ourselves credit for finally getting through. What stood out to me was the amount of crosses we put in... on the ground we where dragging it back too much / or our forwards where too far forward , the aerial crosses never seemed to be a threat until Dalby came on, we're lacking aerial power up top. I reckon Masons heat map would be interesting, he seemed to be all over the pitch searching for the ball, like to see him stay central and .futher forward a bit more. Still 3 points. And on to Wycombe away / Duff team, a double nemissis of years gone by. Time to set that record straight. Up the wheets1 like

I'd start by banning the building or conversions to any new mosques and ban all Muslim schools. I'd vet every town planning authority for bias. I'd also regulate Muslims buying up property, especially those flooding areas using their haram proof network.1 like

I like my own company. Since I retired happy just doing my own thing. But I do not like just sitting in a pub on my own. The ideal for me is with 3 or 4 mates When we were in Europe I loved the away days but much preferred travelling on my own. Felt like herding cats at times.1 like

My point is London that I don’t believe Muslim extremism of the kind we’re seeing now would have happened were it not for the removal of despots like Saddam who tightly controlled their domains and effectively did away with any dissidents. Other than that the majority of their populations at least lived in peace with good jobs and working utilities. Many of the Iraqis and Syrians were extremely well educated and standards were pretty high until we went in and undid it all. Blair has much to answer for and we are all paying the price now just as we are from similar in Afghanistan. I fully accept what’s going on there seems awful to us but these hard line groups were at least kept under control whether we liked how or not but now we’re seeing those groups here which under our human rights laws is almost impossible to control. Should have left the Middle East to its own solutions and not interfered. Since there are currently no wars in Iraq, Syria and Libya I think it’s perfectly sensible to now consider repatriation for those who came here as refugees if they are not fully contributing to our economy and upholding our values.1 like

Whole team played well. Moment for me was Declan breaking from his own half in a lung bursting effort to the edge of the box and laying it on a plate for the third. Never seen him run like that before - and whilst the rest of the team were celebrating the goal, he was bent over gasping for air 😀 Celtic were way off their game but St Mirren were totally up for it, worked their nads off and fully deserved the win.1 like

Agree to some Extent. However what has going into Afghanistan/Iraq got to do with Muslims born and bred in the UK? We didn’t invade Afghan, or any of the other mentioned countries because they’re Muslim, yet Muslims born and bred here feel it’s necessary to carry out attacks here. Did you see the celebrations in many Muslim countries when the towers went down? Is that normal behaviour?1 like

Its the sqaud that will see us over the line. It's that which killed us in years gone by. The year we blew it, we attacked the abyss of the season, those dark horrible shit winter months, with Bod and Collins up front and no fucker else. Pissing about with your Kachungas, CMGs and the likes trying to get promotion. This time is different. We can now grind results out of fuck all, play shite and win and more importantly lose a man or replace a man and it not be the end of the world. We are right in the thick of the season and so far we are handling it better than we ever have.1 like
