  1. Beating ‘Boro and West Ham at The Reebok to avoid relegation from the Prem were both good atmospheres the night match v Burnley when Coyle first became our manager was crackin’ Most atmospheres in the Premier league were decent to be fair. The Forest game to avoid relegation. Beating Sun’lun 6-0. Our final home game to gain promotion from Lg one under Parkys reign. There’s been loads. Burnden at it’s best was fantastic, but there were many drab/dire atmospheres.
  2. After 38 games last season we had 64points. Just saying like
  3. It’s as if IE had to promise Jerome a certain amount of game time before he’d sign, the cheeky cunts best days are well behind him ffs. It has the feel of a charity match when Evatt brings him off the bench after 80 mins every game. End of goal threat.
  4. Sheff Weds got 96 points last season and didn’t go up automatically.
  5. I can see 20 points from our remaining 11 games - close but no cigar. W6 D2 L3 89pts
  6. 7 points from the last 5 games isn’t great form from us. Take a point all day long. I get the feeling the Tykes will just bully 3 points from this one.
  7. All well & good, but shots & goals are more logical than sideways & backwards passes. COYWM
  8. At 6ft 6in it’s got to be worth a try shirley? Law of averages says one will land on his head every now and then. Steam in with a late run lad, make it yours.
  9. I’ve noticed that at corners Santos just positions himself in the same crowded part of the penalty area & jumps from a standing start. Why doesn’t he try making a late run from the corner of the edge of the box? Mix it up a bit ffs, because he doesn’t get much joy doing what he always does.
  10. Just the 2 Toal efforts. It’s just not good enough against a piss poor team.
  11. Apart from the odd exception our players play like they’re scared most of the time.
  12. Disappointed is an understatement. We’ve just been beaten in 2 local derbies against 2 very average teams, without laying a glove on either of them - that’s just not good enough.
  13. Wigan are the worst side we’ve played away from home this season - so far. I wouldn’t take a point, we’ve got this 0-2
  14. Would have preferred Dempsey & Iredale to be starting, but the team looks ok ish.
  15. 😂🤣 There’s a few on here who wouldn’t need the 3 points.
  16. That must have been about 50 years ago.
  17. That’s my reasoning for wanting Iredale, Jones, Tommo and Dempsey in tonights team.
  18. Coleman Cogley, Jones, Toal, Forrester, Iredale Dempsey, Sheehan, Tommo. Collins, Mendez Gomez
  19. It’s these twats biggest game of the season and the one they’ve all been waiting for (after ‘Notlob’ away obviously) If we don’t at least match their aggression & shithousery, i fear another drubbing. Start on the front foot, move the ball quickly, press hard when they have possession - and finally DON’T ARSE ABOUT WITH THE BALL AT THE BACK! It’s high time our players turned up for an away derby match. Lets get this monkey off our backs ffs.
  20. He knows exactly what he’s doing. Bent homer
  21. So they didn’t get the morale boosting victory ahead of the lord mayors show, but no doubt they’ll all play out of their little skins on Tuesday in their World Cup Final. Then they’ll get beat by a bottom of the league side the week after. Lets do the turds.
  22. It’s about time we got this monkey off our backs. Odious turd of a club that they are.
  23. I’ve lived on the outskirts of Wigan for 8 years and i’ve only ever met one Wigan fan. Seen a few kids with very old Wigan shirts on.
  24. No reason why not. We are a far better side than Wigan, it’s about time we proved it.
