  1. Can you put some warmth in a bottle and send it my please. I'll send you some cold by return.
  2. Put a caravan on the wanderers training ground. I'm plenty of that area's inhabitants will be along soon enough.
  3. Yep. If a team like Chelsea wins "ugly" its the sign of a good side that will be successful. If we did it, its because we were shite and should be ridiculed.
  4. Indeed, the hypocrisy of labelling someone who doesn't agree with them.....
  5. Definitely. Longer dusk- trying to stay light more. Saw a magpie with a twig too!
  6. This. Rather be entertained on the pitch. Don't mind a bit of banter, but make it humorous or witty, with a degree of intelligence. Just a bit pathetic really. That said, that Huddersfield twat went down in my estimation last week. After their player nearly snaps wheaters leg, all he can do is say his player was fouled first so it could have been a free kick to his side. Fuck off.
  7. Two robins scrapping earlier. Getting territorial already. Two bull finches back as well. Garden a bit drier too.
  8. Not been listening; how are we actually playing?
  9. I wouldn't, but each to their own. RIP though.
  10. Trump supporters disrupting sadiq khan's planned speech. Calling for his arrest! Upon reflection it is probably wrong for a mayor to make a generalised comment that trump isn't welcome in London, perhaps make it just his opinion, but I'm not sure its worthy of his arrest.
  11. They're almost certainly long tailed tits. We call them flying mice. Up close they look furry. They love fat/suet pellets though they will also go for seeds. They will arrive in flocks then go after a short period, with a gentle chatter. If you get chance sit still in the garden and they will come surprisingly close if food is available. Beautiful colourings. Manc- is there any feeders in your or the neighbour's garden?
  12. Shaggin chickens now. Tut.
  13. Malc- if he'd been at Millwall, he would have cooked for himself and might have developed into a world class chef. You just never know. .
  14. I saw it that way too- seemed obvious.
  15. Aye. Though henry is useful in disrupting other's creativity. Five up top, with five at the back. Get it and twat it. Turn the fuckers round and make them defend.
  16. He'll we wanking himself silly over Theo Walcott soon enough.
  17. You've got the weekend. I'm doing some tomorrow. Though I'm cheating by using postfix.
  18. He is a good player. No doubt. But not great for me. No one's saying he has to be perfect; but based on his england performances he's failing to live up to his potential. Not just his final ball, but often runs into defenders and loses the ball- needs to improve his decision making. He has the pace and no doubt raw talent to scare defenders and get fans on the edge of their seats, but I want to see more for it. Hope you're right and he develops well- some continuity in the england set up may well help- I think that's helping at city.
  19. And remainers will still be posting stuff like this.
  20. Had my first ever trip to Widnes recently. The stories were true. It did indeed have a lingering chemical aroma.
  21. Kinell frank. I'd fancy my chances of bagging a couple playing in that team. There was talk earlier (before season) that he might be off to arsenal. Pep's done well him this year, and from that article it appears that he may be "getting on the end of things" more than being creative- something he doesn't (or in fairness can't) for England.
  22. Aye. Blue skies, cold and some wintry showers. Be interesting to see if, as we get nearer the time, if it gets heavy.
  23. Seconded. Quite like Dumfries and Galloway too.
  24. A work colleague of my missus was up in the lakes last weekend. Apparently he saw three separate skeins of geese, all containing roughly 100 birds. They were all travelling NORTH. Weird; very early. Perhaps cold weather elsewhere is having an effect; or we're going to have a marvellous summer.
  25. If millions voted for brexit on the basis of saving £350m per week then I'm sure plenty on Americans voted for trump on the basis a wall was going to be built.
