The open evening was very good once we'd got away from the wet lettuce's speech.
Anyone taking on a head role there has got their work cut out, but there are tales of failing schools in England etc being turned around by inspirational people.
I've had dealings with the chap in charge at little lever and I'd have preferred my lad to go there even if they were writing on slate with chalk.
Shame really as st Catherines is a state of the artime place with excellent facilities.
Little lever is miles away in terms of infrastructure with more kids than it was designed for, but gives a very positive and pleasing impression.
Not perfect by any means, but I'm confident he'll do well.
