Was thinking earlier that there seems little news from the club and media. Maybe memory is wrong but when the likes of Leeds and Pompy were struggling, there seemed to be more coverage. Apart from announcing the winding up order, SSN have not mentioned a thing. Beginning to wonder if something more than meets the eye.
Depends what you define as being treated like shit though.
If you want decent ale, food and service then perhaps so, better atmosphere- then maybe back to the terrace debate. Not personally had trouble with other staff though others may have.
He's young and reckon not fully developed yet. Could have done with a midfield enforcer to protect him. Anyway he'll do well in a better team where people are moving off the ball.
I'm sure I heard once that leap years actually over compensate and that every so often (every hundred years) one is missed out.
Probably bollocks though
If she can bring Alannah Myles with her, then football would be secondary. Kinell, that video of her clad in black leather whilst doing her 'thing' sat on a ranch fence had an extremely profound effect on me.
Don't think he's expecting him to stay for ever without being paid. That said you're right, they're bound to do what's right for their careers.
Any ideas how much insurance money a player gets should his career be ended by injury
Whilst it's demoralising, it's not the end of the world.
Very interesting to see Carlisle players donning gloves and helping out in their local community. One of their keepers finished up with an industrial waste bin on top of his car. Such is the more down to earth nature of players at such clubs.
Not sure many of our players have such an affinity for fans and folk of the town. Would have liked to have seen them up there too- might help to realise how lucky they are.
I doubt they'll lose much sleep over the club's plight.
As has been posted above, the club will continue in some way. Family, health etc more important.
Got a slide at my mum's. Around 4 feet high & 8 feet long.
Grand kids have outgrown it and she wants rid. It's in good nick though and would be a shame to ditch it.
Anyone interested let me know. I can deliver it, as it will fit in my van
Think we can all agree he'd have preferred different strikers, but at the same time, he didn't have to bring in the dross. For all they've achieved, may have played the kids, and saved a few quid. I know it's easier with hindsight, but ultimately he is the person that brought them in.
