  1. Use an accountant. The may well save you more than it costs. They know the regulations and its their job to sort stuff for you. Where is Biggish anyway?
  2. In the Oldham version it said Eherton house hotel. I just assumed it was something I'd never heard of in the area. Anyway, wiki pages about the area are very interesting and worth a look. SSI and full of ancient history well beyond the ancient head.
  3. Google Gerhard Schröder and Putin. Might explain a fee things.
  4. Had to use that site as blocked off from the BN. Think they're all in the same group though. Interestingly, that very old woman's head had red hair- how far does your family go back in the area? You may have claim to some title or other- Lord Spider of the swamps.
  5. You've not read the article have you- is it something they don't do in Horwich schools? Your body is far older, and another one recently.
  6. https://www.portsmouth.co.uk/news/defence/tiny-royal-navy-boat-fends-off-spanish-warship-approaching-british-waters-near-gibraltar-3539626 Spanish at it too.
  7. Another set of human remains discovered at Red Moss https://www.theoldhamtimes.co.uk/news/19873506.human-bones-discovered-red-moss-nature-reserve/ Seems to be a bit of a theme! Spider, anyone?
  8. Liver- rank Kidney- fine Tripe- can't seem to get it now, goes into dog food.
  9. He's making a statement at the moment. NATO to increase presence in Baltic, together with consideration for presence in Romania (French troops etc) and Hungary too, particularly as it has a high number of Hungarian people in Ukraine. Germany is the issue, and Boris is balancing their interests (gas) with that of NATO, and not being critical of them as other mps are. He's just described it as "unifying the west" in it's response. Being quite diplomatic 😀
  10. Still have to make ends meet. The recent cases of ffp affecting clubs is testament to that. They can't keep making spending way beyond their income or the efl will come calling sooner or later.
  11. That's the danger isn't it. I agree it doesn't seem at all sensible. That said no one should be so close that they run in the back of you, especially as you'll be slowing down gradually and not slamming on.
  12. Aye I know, though do you want extra hordes staying over and invading your "quiet" bit of the countryside? Good job Cedric retired.
  13. That bit is obvious; but like fatty, I though you were 'supposed' to give way to someone waiting. Reason being that the pavement is still part of the highway, so if you're leaving one road to turn into another, then you need to give way to another user of the highway going straight on. Seems that that wasn't the case, unless, as I said before, it was only guidance. Either way, if pedestrians start walking straight across without looking becasue it's their right of way, then folk are going to get hit.
  14. Aye, it's a separate bit apparently. They don't have to use cycle lanes if they're there I've been told. I did too. Unless it was "guidance" and is now the rule?
  15. Once the Northern Eden Project is sorted, it will be full of decent accommodation...
  16. Indeed Burton are another. Rotherham will be fine so long as they go up this year or next. Once the rewards drop off...
  17. Those wage stats are interesting, though it perhaps doesn't fully reflect clubs' situations. We've just come up, having had to scrape a team together last season, and are perhaps only now starting to flesh out our squad. I do wonder about the likes of Oxford and Rotherham- sustainable or not?
  18. Only had the pleasure of his company once- he gave me a lift home from Dave Higson's funeral- seemed a great fella.
  19. Excellent! Didn't know the yokel had said Dapo scuffed it. What a miserable cuntstick.
