I see our set up as now approaching the sustainability that FV said they want. Not too much spent on young, eager talent that has been researched and watched. Some of the older ones out of the door. Wages won't be huge neither, but there is the opportunity for these lads to develop and earn more higher up.

Needed to make a better fist of that. Drawing should have been a big challenge to them- as much as winning the previous test with a fine chase.
-
Quality that. Against that serve, I was concerned in the last set. Once he got a return in, Norrie won a decent number of points.

Basically, it says what I posted before. No chance of a Palestinian state, whilst their leaders have no interest in recognising Israel. Should these terror groups change and show a new face then Israel would have its peace, and there would be no need for the objection to one. Moreover, pressure would be brought to bear from allies. There are elections in Israel, with different parties vying for leadership. If the ruling party wasn't prepared to move with the times, and the new peace, they could easily find themselves out of office. This was almost the case not to long ago, but Hamas changed all that.

Aye. No Lolos though.

Always felt he was wasted there though. Green had a quality all round game, but I felt he was best used further forward.

I'd make Huddersfield one of the favourites this time, and they're certainly splashing the cash on players they reckon can get them promotion. If they are looking at our captain, then I reckon that means he is well regarded. Every player has a price of course, and ultimately its down to SS, but there are others I'd imagine he is looking to ship out first.

I reckon a few may be tempted back there if some of the more extreme left leave for pastures new. Will take a better performance than currently, but not impossible. The Muslim vote may be the biggest impact.

More of a super tanker, than a patrol boat.

Is Sheehan injured? Not included in those line ups.
-
Fair difference in age.
-
He has also commented about the number of injuries, and wants players who can put more time on the pitch. This will be even more appropriate given a reduced squad. Who says quality, injury free players are out of our price range? Given the amounts were have spent over recent times, I'd suggest we are capable of doing that more than most of the other league one teams. We're not looking for world beaters. It is clearly obvious that SS doesn't believe in your approach, and has said so beforehand. Any transfer is a gamble.

Yes. I think that's part of the review- why wasn't it? Ofcom, government piling in now. Someone, somewhere within the organisation is going to cop for it- whether that's Davey, another senior manager, or maybe a lower manager who gets thrown under a bus, who knows.

Try chanting "death to [insert victim]" at a football match here now. As for prosecutions for musicians; we're currently in different times, and it wasn't long back that SKS went on TV and spoke about far right folk after the riots, and getting the judicial process to deal heavily with them. Having done that, he has started to draw lines. Kneecap followed, and now this dick. We've never had entirely free speech, despite what folk may claim, it's simply a case of where lines are drawn. Maybe the government has now rubbed some out, and placed them lower down the threshold.
-
The BBC had information about both them and kneecap, and that there may be some dodgy stuff. As elsewhere, just delay the footage for a few seconds.

Stonking is that. Didn't check the f.o.w. yesterday and hadn't realised that 4 consecutive wickets fell yesterday.

That's a shame. -
Pitches are batter friendly at the moment. In the first test India couldn't bowl us out twice. Reckon they will this time, but a draw is possible.

He says not. All will be revealed. Been plenty of wrong uns in politics, some deny it, some don't. Some are accused and aren't guilty of anything, some are prosecuted and then exonerated.

A two state solution would be perfectly acceptable-unless of course its very existence was founded on the premise that it had to deprive Israel's right to exist. Since foundation its neighbours have fought against its right to exist, buy fortunately a more peaceful acceptance has occurred. This is proof that a similar approach would be taken with a peaceful attitude from Hamas etc. As ever, people can, and will keep harking back to the "he did it first" approach, and although that may provide some justification, then others will offer the same from the other side. Before anything changes, then all parties have to accept the situation as it is now; stop scrapping, accept the fundamentals of peace and mutual rights, and develop from there.

Exactly what SS has said he wouldn't do. He wants hungry players with ambition. He wants chaps that will form a strong bond with lots if camaraderie. He, and the club are also aware that we will need to develop, and trade players.

Mixed feelings about PR. Surely that means you don't vote for a candidate for your area, and one would be appointed afterwards? There is also the chance that such "mixed" governance can become a complete series of compromises. Some benefit perhaps, but a restriction on the ability to be innovative and radical.
