Sounds a great day/night, just fantastic to get the rays mid winter. I’m back 30th but if weathers good will go back end of January going back for more sun.
I know im posting about going away in a mental health thread. But looking forward to it, not been a good 14 months, owd fella was diagnosed with vascular dementia oct 22 and died in hospital last Jan of heart failure. First Xmas without him. I'd already booked for last Xmas before he was diagnosed, my sister forced me to go. He had a meltdown on Xmas day, I had to what's app video him to reassure him. Wouldn't wish it an anyone. Trying to stay positive but know Xmas day is gonna hard, feeling it already, up & down. Just gonna do my best to give wife and lad a good day. Hopefully not over served by 8pm like last year 🤭 Tbf I was on the beach with a 4 pack of Mahon at 10.30 after breakfast.
Positive side is in The Embankment on Sat and Boxing Day!

Atmosphere is great on the packed beach, (La Zenia) a 10 minutes walk to the next beach Cala Capitan which is much quieter but lovely.
Been on La Zenia beach a few times in the 2000's, got a bit of a rip tide? A few get taken a out in summer.
Looking forward to xmas eve afternoon in the old town, mix with the locals and visiting nationals. Been learning the lingo. Band's on, tapas and a few beers. Packs up late afternoon, everyone spends time with family on Xmas eve night. Like you mentioned, Jan 6th is the big one.

100% this. I prefer going to the sun in winter months, I noticed Alicante was 26c yesterday and 22c over Xmas I’ll probably have a dip in the med on Xmas day. 🏊♀️
Benners next week for 10 days, weather looking same as last Xmas, 17 and clear, light cloud, up to now. Hopefully a couple of Mah on the beach again on Xmas day. I hate the over commercialise shite over here, Spain seems to get it just right.

Lion on the way in is ok, Cabinet food is good, t'other end of Market St is Tap House, Punch Bowl and Letters. Curisoity used to be ok but not sure after being taken over.
It's mad Friday so folk who drink once a year and think they own the gaff will be out.

Just on the capacity topic, I'll quote myself from 6 years ago:
Before the seats I think the Lever End was 12K

Was first game with fencing Blackpool??
Not sure, here's the opening fixures, I remember Millwall in the Manny Road South Terrace.
I gave all my old programmes to George years ago 😆

And, i think that looks like it hadnt been done long
The segregation fencing was in for the 76/77 season, it was also in the Lever End, Notts Forest had half when it pissed down Xmas 76.
Blackburn had the left-hand "home" side of the Embankment in Jan 77, it went off on the left, next to the bar and turnstiles. I was in the Manny Road stand (Lever End side) next the director’s box (Len Fairclough, Ann Taylor MP, Bill Maynard always in). I was 10 nearly 11 and remember shouting encouragement when it went off. My dad bollocked me. 😆
When Stoke came in Oct 77 bricks where being lobbed back and forth. Prob from the debris the from works behind the rear wall.
Not a clue what happened last week mind.

If you have added a grahpics card ckeck you've got the monitor cable plugged into GPU monitor socket and not the motherboard monitor socket.
If you have it connected to the GPU then take out the GPU card and use the motherboard socket, if the PC works then it could be the card.
Messaage me on Whatsapp 😉 I'm in the brids with cocks group with you 😁

So it isn’t the case where the router puts out X amount of ‘stuff’, split it and the output through each port is 50%. Split five ways and each gets 20%.
In the grand scheme you won't see any loss of speed.
You can do lots with switches, especially managed ones, I'll stop there and won't bore you 🙂

Virgin router only has 3 wired outs and theyre all used, before i get to sky and the telly
I dont really like wireless so can i buy something so i can increase the wired outs?
Yes, you need a switch, there's 5, 8, 16, 24 and 48 port ones.
Amazon are doing a TP-Link TL-SG105S 5 port switch for £13.
Cable from virgin box to switch will leave you with 4 ports. You can add a switch on to a switch if that makes sense.

Sadly, he'll be back to school today, so I guess we'll need to wait until half term for him to resurface
Aye, bloody teachers coming on here winding folk up.

I think they are hoping to sell the tech to Sky, Netflix etc. so it's embedded in there feed, this in theory would alow them to trace back to the source. A hut in Africa with cables running everywhere.

My owd 8 year old 32" LG as IPTV app on it, I've got three Hisense but use Firesticks.
Just checked though and I can get SmartOne IPTV for my Hisense. It runs on VIDAA OS TVs including Hisense, Toshiba, Loewe.

It’d be a great argument for reverting to 7.30 ko times.
Does anyone do 7.30pm ko's?

Yes, but the bhajis i saw were cremated
An improvement is the addition of soft drink options at 11 quid - only for 3, but reduces the outlay
You could actually drive, get the free parking and be getting 3 cokes for 3 quid
Food was on again post match
Woud you recommend Reflections?

Will the 7.45pm KO not help? Or will it still push it for time?

without any thought on device price i would say
nvidia shield pro
firestick max 4k
those would be the only 2 devices i would use.
there are a lot of other devices out there, lesser spec firesticks, formuler devices, enigma2 devices, generic android boxes.
from my own experience the first 2 mentioned are the best.
the shield pro has its own 4k upscaling built in.
Firestick Max 4k when amazon have a deal are a bargain, got 4.
Gonna have a look at the nividia.
