We've also been linked with Antony Evans from Bristol Rovers and Marc Leonard currently on loan at Northampton

Remember thinking Leonard was decent against us and Derby from games I’ve watched.

Evans I remember committing a lot of fouls.

Is their newly-found fan base made up of those who switched allegiance from Stockport to City? Maybe they’re just returning now that things are looking rosier at Edgely Park. The fickle wankers!

Think they are all but up now. Mansfield play MK on Sat. Think they need a point.

Rovers are going to stay up purely on the basis that the rest are even more shite than they are.

It’s gonna be tight. Love them to drop. Another omen as last time we went up then they went down.

Just wish we had more options than 3 fit forwards we've got :(

    Charles off the bench Sat?

Oddly I think it’s benefiting us that we can’t chop and change and we go with Colin’s and Bod. Partnership is growing.

2 of the 4 are against good teams and we dont usually do well against good teams.

Think this isn’t quite right this season. At home we’ve lost to Carlisle, Bristol R and Wigan.

I’d much rather get to Peterborough knowing that both Pompey and Derby bottled all of their final games and whatever the result, both Bolton and Peterborough will definitely be promoted. Fuck all to play for except winner or runner-up. Obviously, we will be 8 goals better off than them so get the draw and they need to beat us 5-0 to swing GD their way; just to give them a fighting chance.

Yeah i think we all would. Bit if that scenario was offered now. I’d snatch your hand off.

On the Costa Blanca celebrating my birthday, purposely not checked scores, only found out score when a NI white messaged me at full time. What a wonderful birthday present that was.

    Aye happy returns

Sat in Reykjavik restaurant paying £40 for a £6 bottle of red and £25 for a pizza. Rest of our group saying why do you keep looking at your phone and then result! Ordered another bottle of wine.

Don’t f*ck it up again Whites.

    Good man. Enjoy

I feel like we've been in it several times already this season

We now need to do it when it really matters

    I think we can

Yep. Without hyping pressure it’s ours to lose.

On the crowd element. I think, since we nearly went out of business dormant fans have started attending again. The prospect of losing your football club really does make you think of what life would be like without bwfc. I wouldn’t want to experience it again but maybe it did have positive repercussions.

It also is a big help playing attractive football too btw.

I wonder if there is any correlation in the covid lock outs and any similarities from the boom attendances after the war.

As you say, it’s taken away and it makes you realise how important going to Bolton games is!

Most clubs are getting bigger crowds than 10 years ago.
