I find the clamour for Southwood over Baxter a bit Joe Riley.
I think with a reset Baxter can be a real asset in this division.
New keeper coach in and some confidence built.
A couple new defenders to grow with. I’d 100% sign him up. As cheese said Keepers are not our issue. We won’t be able to find a keeper as good as Baxter season 1, surely working on him is our best option?

Quite an entertaining match as someone who had already given up.
We actually were on top when we conceded both goals in 2nd half. They were all gifts today.
Those that were dropped for sharples should be ashamed. I suspect they weren’t though.
Roll on next season. Go do your work Schumacher.

Baxter is a million times better than Southwood.
Fwiw it’s worth and I’ve said it before, we don’t need a big clear out. A few characters out the door and a chance for SS to work with players he wants or likes.
The midfield Hardman everyone is crying out for doesn’t exist unless you have a Time Machine.
I reckon a target man is a must as we seem to cross the ball more than the whole of IEs reign.
Schumacher has a free hit for me like the day he walked in. Pretty relaxed about the whole season.
Sharon and IE have tossed the season off.
Genuinely excited what Schumacher can/will do for this club. Feel like we are in safe hands.
