  1. Are the players good enough though? I'm genuinely not sure anymore we hear it week in week out. If they are they are spineless twats who keep getting beat by 'worse' opposition every week. I'm not sure where I sit on this debate anymore

  2. Think things pretty much hit rock bottom when we had a big fuck off supermarket built on the embankment.

Er I think this thread is for the 30 and overs pal!!!

I was only suggesting we sell the south stand to Tesco last week and climb the leagues again. I fear its not a coincidence now.

  3. Was it though? Really?

    - One of the longest serving players at the club.

    - Probably (don't have the stats to hand) the most Premier League experience at the club.

    - Plays in a position where he can captain the side most effectively (forwards should NEVER be captain, midfield or defence all the way).

    - Previous experience of captaining the club.

And I think we've seen today that he cannot be held accountable for all the goals we concede. That happens (apparently more so) with him out of the side too (5 goals in 2 games).

But he's a fucking squelch who shirks and blames others which aren't necessarily qualities I would associate with skipper either.
  4. Enjoy your day all who are travelling down.

Take this advice from someone who knows... If its 1-0 Brighton with 30 seconds left, don't walk out of the stadium. Because, if you do, you might end up regretting it for many months afterwards.

ha ha there was a woman Brighton supporter behind my seat going on that we were the worst team ever when we had one shot and in. Brilliant.
