I think this is the main part for me also. Cant quite get my head round why this is all cloak and dagger given how much has been said by both parties. At least KA saying out loud he thinks this loan is nothing to do with him nor the club (at least his majority shares) and doesnt want DH paying back a stupid loan with half his money. Surely deano couldnt have waltzed into BM and said lads lend us 5m to buy wanderers, they asked what security he had to protect the loan and were happy that the security was the very the thing he intended to buy. Any fucker could have done that surely. He doesnt seem to have any other money because KA keeps asking for it. Finding it very hard to not be on team Anderson at the moment, not only because he seems a hell of a lot more open and honest than Deano is managing and on a more fan based argument if Ken wins this I think we would be so much better off as a club if we can fuck Deano and his wonga loan off for good. Let Sportshield deal with it. If KA can prove that BM dont have the stadium or any other assets secured by the loan then that sorts that issue and drops SS and DH right in the shit (BM as well I suppose because they'll struggle to get the 5m+ back without that security) This seems to be Kens plan, as has been said already "before my time son". But iff the assets are secured I suppose we are in the deepest of shit! What would happen to the shares that DH / SS have in that scenario ?

So it basically means that KA is trying to say that loan is Sportshields problem not BWFC's? didnt mean to infer DH personally liable but the battle seems to be ken wants nowt to do with this blu marble loan but if the club have took 4m of it and used it to keep us going then it complicates it further especially if Ken hasnt invested a bean without taking it back. Suppose this will come down to a court ruling that decides whether the club owes that loan back to blu marble or Sportshield do. From just a supporters viewpoint, if KA can fuck that loan off and takeover DH shares and sticks to his word of investing without expecting an immediate return then thats the best way forward club wise, obvs not for Deano and sportsshield. I feel fairly sure I dont trust either of them but Ken doing himself no harm in the kind of interviews he keeps giving. Someone posted a few pages back that basically any tom or dick could have borrowed 5m against our assets just to play at owning a club. Still for me though a ridiculous thing to do to borrow that sort of money especially against the clubs assets. Maybe he should have just thought to himself "I cant afford to buy a football club" and move on.
