Couldn't see anything from where I was, apart from the players backs. I'm not really bothered. Saw it at Wembley, and I'll have a gander in the club shop tomorrow.
As part of the agreement signed when they bought the club, Football Ventures paid out £2.75m to the Eddie Davies Trust Fund, and another £250,000 after promotion to League One. The accounts note that the Trust also wrote off the remaining £2.75m.
Got to respect them for that. 🙏
Mine was an Austin Metro my mum handed down to me. Engine used to keep running for a minute or so after I took the the key out of the ignition until it would eventually splutter out.
In the late 90's/early 2000's, I used to get a single decker to the pub several nights a week, and smoking was allowed. Maybe it was up to the bus company/location?
We've met a few this season either hanging around afterwards or at the Christmas party, and Kachunga is definitely the most affable. Think Dion is just a bit introverted. Probably more nervous than your lads.
I packed it in for good 7 years ago (could've sworn it was longer). Had a couple of drags at a mates wedding last year when I was pissed up and it was fucking horrible.
Hardly ever crossed my mind at the time unless somebody mentioned it, then I'd happily move away or go outside. Just seemed so normal as I'd been brought up by generations of smokers. Madness. I think I even tried to argue against the ban for a while. Twat.
I'll always find it a bit mad that smoking inside those places was considered perfectly acceptable and normal for so long (and I was a smoker at the time). Same with the concourses at the Reebok. Almost impossible to imagine it now.
Not to mention he's just said Blair was "well to the right" of the majority of the Labour Party...

According to people on twitter, a couple of 50-odd year old Bolton fans sexually harrassed a fellow Bolton supporter at Horwich Parkway yesterday, then a group of Bolton youths started throwing stuff at her on the train. Scum everywhere.
Tokyo Jo's in Preston. Horrible place. Absolutely hated every second of it, but it was where everyone went for some reason. Sacked it off after a couple of months and became a regular at The Warehouse down the road, which was infinitely superior.
Saw a video of him the other day declaring "I'm absolutely sick and tired of apologising for Britain being a Christian country!". Who the fuck is he apologising to on such a regular basis? His drivel obviously appeals to the cured hams, but it's absolute nonsense.
"Bring your Wembley flags, and make sure you're in your seats for 2:45!". Was expecting them to at least bring the trophy out onto the pitch or something, but fuck all happened. Sack the board, and knock the stadium down.
