Tribal reporting Bolton moves for both, Agathe from Celtic and Christenval who was on trial with Arsenal. Apparently Tudor has flown in for talks with West Brom!!!!!!!! and BSA has failed to agree a loan fee for PSG winger Pancrate.

I would go so far as to say that only Fernandes will sign today. Bernard is out of contract and is not subject to the window restrictions. I hope I'm wrong but I have a feeling that 'ambitious' Tudor has lost us a week with his lack of courtesy, of not saying no, even though I believe that was his decision all along. Let's hope Sam has a rabbit or two!!

Depending on which Sunday Paper you read, Tudor is busting a gut to join Bolton after Villareal ended their interest. Or Bolton are struggling to complete the deal, Tudor demanding ??25000 per week. Cocu deal back on according to Star - 1 year loan. People - Bolton back in for Hamman after BSA watched him midweek. Bernard has impressed on trial and a deal his very likely.

Snap, but dont fancy taking a 1yr old and a 3 year old to Tromso! Guess I will have to wait and hope we hit the group stages, with Athens or Espanyol.

Why do we seem to close in on a target and then nothing.
Recent examples, Dacourt, Coco, Dabo, Juanfran, Lector, Meite, Van de Meyde?, Tudor, Dellas, Kyrigakos? All too expensive? I dont think so or is more down to our own policy? I am getting quite worried that we may have missed the boat as far as more quality signings are concerned. Sunday's papers didnt even have any speculation with only week before the window closes. Across othe sites, other clubs appear to be active but we appear not to be. Anyone got even any speculation to brighten up the transfer gloom????
I believe we were pretty decent yesterday irrespective of the result and a couple of additions will make for another good season, but we are ridiculously thin. Also, did anyone else think that BSA was pretty subdued in his post match interview? I thought he looked stressed out!

How is it that we value a player like Okocha with 2 yrs left on his contract, 32 yrs old at ??2m and Stelios, 1yr left on contract, 31 yrs old at ??4m ?? Prohibitive pricing for Jay Jay ? I think not !!

Ist Robert signs for Pompey above us.
2nd Dacourt is likely to go to France despite wanting to play in the prem.
3rd Mbesuma signs for Pompey coz we are so bloody cautious, this is one that we will live to regret.
4th Bennayouan is tipped to sign for West Ham.
All we need now is for Ian Wa(n)lker to go elsewhere and we have really sunk to the depths.
Why are our targets finding us so unattractive and opting for shite teams who will be in the relegation fight ?
We seem so indecisive and unambitious. We seem unwilling to push the boat out or take ANY risks. Many other teams are strengthening significantly whilst it is said that we MAY have 3 by the end of the week if we are lucky. 1 is Wa(n)lker, another is Faye who might not get a permit and I guess the 3rd one is our Mexican striker. 2 of the 3 have been linked with us for months and still havent been tied up. - VIEWS ? or any better transfer info ??

what the fook is going on? We dont pursue an interest and within 1hour he has signed for Pompey on a 3 yr deal and they are excited at such a significant signing!!! Not good enough has not been said by BWFC so what is reason. Does Sam have something else up his sleeve? So yet another blank.

Just heard a report and interviews with Nigerian, Wanderers fans and what was amusing was, when asked who is your favourite player ? Jay Jay ? HE SAID NO, KEVIN DAVIES!!
Apparently, GMR and BWFC are trying to organise for any old BWFC shirts, Shorts, scarves( in Nigeria ?) and hats, to be dropped in or posted to GMR, Oxford Rd, Manchester. The club have agreed to transport any donated items to Nigeria. Closing date is 11th July.
We have over 100 members in Lagos and th guy interviewed said that he wants to spread the word about the Wanderers all over Nigeria. He is even going to the UEFA cup games !!

Whelan has promised between ??10 and ??25 million. Jewell said he wants to buy British and doesnt want overpaid foreigners. Wont get much for ??10million then if that is he case. I agree though attracting players will be a problem. A relegation battle beckons for the pie eaters !!!!

How can a team far more likely to be relegated than ourselves, outspeculate us? Rumour has it that we will now go for the terrifically talented and skillful Shefqi Kuqi. Now that would be a feekin dreadful signing, saw him in Div 1 last season and he was truly shite. What happened to the funds put aside for Camara?
Yet agaain I am shocked by our continuing lack of ambition.
