Well! There's been a lot of night flying all over the UK recently from an RAF Typhoon squadron that specialises in testing new kit (41 Squadron) so it could be that. But! Looking at FlightRadar the last few nights there's been loads of convoys of US tankers and fighter jets heading towards the Middle East and it looks like many of them are passing directly over you. The Pegasus usually supports F-22 Raptors (when they're not broken which is often) so I think you've been getting buzzed by stealth fighters!
