  1. I'm producing so auditions will be held outside the clubshop where potential actors will not be required to learn lines but to see who can windmill without landing a punch.
  2. Cast Soundtrack just released including 'Why does everyone only call my husband Undies, anymore?' 'Travel Cheap, Travel Traf' 'What, What, What-aboutery' 'I'm Happy to be a Happyclapper' 'The Bright Lights of Crawley' 'New Year, New Me' 'Women on the co-comms again.' 'Selling my soul on the Costa Del Sol.' 'A Palestine State of Mind.'
  3. 'A Way to Wander' A New Musical When you're in your 40s but voice hasn't even broken and you reek of crime, so-called society is designed to be a remote-controlled switch off. Everyday an endless loop of meaningless sales messages and trying to scrape by on £100,000 a year. What can you do to keep your sanity? Send the wife to her sisters, turn on the kid's playstation, flush the drugs down the toilet and regsiter a username to begin to wander into a new home; a fractured community of like-minded fools and chancers. A final chance for a middle-aged nobody to finally be themselves.... But what happens when this fractured community starts to bleed into reality, when the personal messages become personal threats and when loggin on is simply waking up? The award-winning new muscial 'A Way to Wander' is brought to you from the award-winning producers of Sydney Opera's Houses' smash Hit, 'It Was Only A Triffling Matter' and Broadway's thrilling new drama 'A Burger in Trump Tower.' Book today. Tickets from £90 at www.winklepickerproductions.com
  4. Not sure, there's more fights than the June Rebellion and certainly more cast members.
  5. Aint no party like a Mark Menzies party... Menzies was questioned by police over allegations he fed alcohol to a dog and had a brawl with a friend in August 2015. The dog had emergency veterinary treatment for "intoxication" and "poisoning". Menzies was not charged and strongly denied any wrongdoing. Menzies said his friend had attacked him and stated the police dropped their investigation into him after he showed them pictures of his friend plying the dog with alcoholic drinks
  6. Yeah - Easter innit - never get cheap seats. My mrs works on a lot of the WE and we can't get comps over Easter hols unless its directly work, easier over xmas. No real feeling, just hasn't sold - it happens. I mean Rufus Wainwright's music is a bit esoteric for many people, but casting Sheridan g'tees a certain level of Box Office. As I say, it happens, if anyone actually knew what would be a hit everytime no one would need to work. Those shows that looked nailed on fail, those that look like they'd be a struggle and have a long build up process - like say Operation Mincemeat - can be massively successful. Not even ALW or Macintosh have a hit everytime. Wessex Grove a very successful producers, just hasn't landed this time. Put it this way, if I won the lottery, I'd put as much of my win in a theatre show as I'd be comfortable to lose.
  7. I've never been his biggest fan, I do hope we still go up with some great games in the playoffs and I'm made to eat my words. Maybe he thought he was already the finished article rather than learning a bit more? He's still a young manager and it's his first tilt with a largish club, it just seems we're on a bit of a repeat mode at the moment - not tactical inflexibility as such as perhaps he needs more help to find a way of countering some of the teams we come up against. Perhaps a bit more humility and bringing in some other backroom staff to help? I mean we don't know as we don't see what goes on day to day but it's certainly frustrating to see this group play with such varying degrees of success.
  8. Not too far from the truth at times to be fair.
  9. Nope - don't do Tina Turner, in the We Work at Aldwych House today.
  10. Where I first started working - well when it was The Green Room. Space though - did anyone actually like them?
  11. It had me chuckling on my commute this morning
  12. Did that yesterday - got 6 right. Some of her answers were more bonkers than the ones I put down
  13. I'm working opposite Australia House today in Aldwych and not one person has yet thrown a sanger on the barbie or gone inside wearing a corked hat. Cultural traitors to a man.
  14. I wonder if the Unbeweavalble Krimewave Krew will be mightly upset when Kahn gets elected again. Didn't the anger directed at him kick this whole thread off?
  15. Trendy one with a rainbow guitar strap.
  16. @gonzo if friends and family start getting a load of southerners asking them to vote Labour - now you know why... alas, I'm busy tomorrow night. Londoners, we need you! On Thursday 2 May, voters across the country will have their say in the local elections and Blackpool South by-election. This is our chance to elect thousands of hardworking Labour representatives across the country and we’re fighting hard for it. But no winning election campaign is complete without a strong phonebanking operation. To secure numerous Labour victories, we need all hands on deck. Howard, we’re personally inviting you to join our in-person HQ phonebanks in London and make those all important calls for Labour. Your support will make all the difference - register now for an upcoming session today as spaces are limited:
