Higher rate tax payers do by 1% but apparently low end of the scale pay slightly less I’m sure I read somewhere. But I think overall we get a great deal

Cheers yeah must be vastly different. We don’t pay for check ups and I’ve just had a root canal done for 90quid which I’m guessing is cheap
