No.
It wouldn’t be “ours” then.

Their home support has gone shite. I'm not comparing Maine Rd to the Etihad. I'm comparing the fanbase. It's been totally diluted by day trippers and overseas glory hunters.
I’m not interested in what you’re comparing.
I made no reference to their support now.
Once again Bolton fans bitter & resentful of a local successful team & try desperately hard to find any weakness.

The boulevard gaff looks ace.
If you fancy getting away from the crazyness of town have a little much up to ceder sqaure, next St Johns sqaure outside winter gardens. Some great little bars and eateries. Abingdon market now a food hall with all kids of craft ale gaffs and food places.
Dont tell the peasants in shenanigans though
Sent you a PM 👍🏻

We are in that there fast food squeltched pavement town this weekend but staying south shore for a change, sounds like a lucky swerve.
Us too.
Having a couple of days there Sunday/Monday as weather is so nice.

When I was in the 6th form, one of the students was seeing a teacher in her early 20’s and we all knew about it.
It got out officially and they both left and rented a place above a shop in the village, 200 yards from the school!!!!!
They ended up having a family together and the last I heard were still together.

I nobbed a 46 year old when I was 17. It was fucking brilliant. All my mates thought it was fucking brilliant and my brothers did too.
You’re real, don’t change……
For the lads 😎😎😎😎

Is this a good time to mention Cheryl Cole’s romance with a young lad she mentored during X Factor called Liam Payne? Payne was 14 when he was mentored as potentially a part of One Direction. They had a son together 10 years later. All perfectly legal other than the fact they met whilst he was below the age of consent.
I’m not for a minute defending Phillip Schofield but there certainly appears to be a whole different way of looking at things when the lad is the child. We’ve all heard anecdotes about pupil/teacher relationships but even then, a male teacher with a female pupil is seen as a lot worse than the opposite way round.
Of course you are correct but you can’t have an opinion like this these days.
I don’t like Schofield, but IF nothing else comes out, his treatment by the media has been absolutely dreadful.
Let him who is without sin cast the first stone……

Top 3 - Barnsley/Blackpool/Portsmouth.

Cambridge at home please.

8.5% PA & FSCS cover really is too good to be true.
Thats why I didn’t invest, but I still believe it to be a fair “risk” at those annual percentages.

Not a chance it will ever be a terrace brand.

I like City.
Well I do compared to 99% of teams in this region anyway.
Maine Road was a proper ground & even when they were shit they had a strong core support.
I’m glad they’ve done well & hope they win the treble.

Covid season put pay to me finishing most of the 92 off
went orient in early 90s Otto scored late for them (possibly McGinlays debut?)
Yes we were there with @Biggish Dave & it was his debut. I took a “Sack the Board” banner 😂😂
Been a few times, I also remember some unearthly kick-off time on Boxing Day one year & an Easter Sat game the season we went up from Division 4.

2 new grounds for my lad in this league.
This & Leyton Orient.
He’ll go midweek, he’s still young & stupid enough!!!!

It’s a long shot, but like others I would love it if Everton get relegated instead of Leicester.

Them race goers are the worst for me, scrubbers dressing up for the day getting shit faced and the women are ruthless
Correct.
Been to hundreds of race meetings over the years.
Women dressed to the nines, drinking @ 9AM and rolling around on the floor by 6PM!!!!!
Flat “behaviour” tends to be worse due to the summer weather.
Don’t tend to see it as much over the sticks in the winter.

Chester races on the same day, it seems.
Should be a good atmosphere pre-match in the pubs with all those plastic scousers.
I was going to say it could be moved to Friday night but the races are on then too, but obviously less will attend.

B team are at Atherton same day as Salford game, sounding like an Ireland tour unlikely now.
Ahh OK but we normally announce 2 sets of fixtures.
We have and you’re right.
Shame as I fancied Ireland and it’s looking unlikely as you say.

People invest far too much effort into not caring about women's football.
I just find it funny, but I guess it has improved slightly over the years with the investment.

I wonder if this will impact slightly on ST sales?
If I’m reading this right & If we fail to get promoted, then as one of the bigger clubs in the division, over half our games will be moved from 3PM Saturday.
Whatever anyone says the atmosphere and general match day experience suffers.
Massive impact on away travel too.
I suppose we will have to wait until the alternative kick-off times are announced but I would guess that lunchtime kick-offs Sat/Sun will play a large part.

Over the last 7 days I’ve spent each morning walking upon the hills & afternoon sunbathing & BBQ’s.
If only it was like this more often….
Lets enjoy it whilst it lasts.

I’ve suggested to the mrs we have a night away in Chester😀
You romantic devil.
I’ve suggested to mine that she drops us off at the station and picks us up.
Anyway these will be “B” team fixtures.
I would imagine first team will be on this rumoured tour of Ireland on these dates.

And being 3 down at HT at Carlisle would have been fun too.
We were there and it wasn’t!!!!!
FT was OK though apart from the weather 😀

He’s done well overall after a shaky start to say the least!!!!
Firstly it’s a good job we weren’t in the ground or he would be gone.
Lucky to get us up automatically with a low points total but a fantastic run since Jan.
Last season OK, top half finish - happy.
This season - very good. Clear progress and a Cup win.
He has 2 seasons to get us up now for me.
I would love it if he could manage it.

New ESL S/tickets - some availability from today.
Not many though.
Got one 5 seats from my lad - same row.
We know the 4 beside him so hopefully they will all move up one.
