Just got back and my god that was dire.Iredale's worst performance in a white shirt, Forrester very poor,Cogley safe option nearly every time, Dempsey shite, Magoma the one bright light in a pathetic performance

Ref was a cunt again no clapping down on the blatant time wasting

From feeling confident after Saturday that performance has ripped all that away.Fucking gutless

Can't disagree with any of this.

Even the ballboys were feckin shite this evening.

  2. Belting day yesterday. Great performance and atmosphere. One of those days that make all the midweek slogs in shite weather absolutely worth it.

It's a shame we've fallen short. Pompey are a great yardstick for where we should be and what we should be aiming for ie getting a point when you've been under the cosh.

I'm fairly certain we have to do it the hard way now. No one to fear, just our inability to win away games v the top sides but then a draw in the 1st leg will do, if we play as well at home as we did yesterday.

    KTF

  3. Can't be too disheartened at that. We played well but there's just something minor missing that prevents us from being a top 2 side. Let's get this done via the play offs.  We're Bolton. Nothing rarely comes easy.

Simply a game we now HAVE to win. No ifs or buts. Posh are well in this race too so Saturday is absolutely humongous

it’s now or never for this group and the gaffer to show they have the minerals.

    This.

  5. A few years ago, in between jobs, I worked as a call handler for GMP. Dreadful organisation to work for but the calls could be quite lively and interesting.

Of all the calls I took, pretty much every offence had been committed but the most hysterical, upset caller I ever had, was a lass who rang 999 because she'd been excluded from a watsapp group.

  6. Hereford and Bradford PA deserve a mention.

Bury were allowed 3.15KOs for their social club that closed at 3pm. Torquay used to KO on Saturday nights at the start and end of the season.

  7. Called at Nkono's on the market today. BBQ chicken, rice, jerk chicken sauce, chickpeas and a sweet bread roll. £8.50. Was feckin superb.

The little food court there with other stalls selling juices, cakes, coffees and beer deserves support. I'll be doing my best to get there more frequently.

Did they go down the year we stayed up v Forest?

He was on about some legal case against a big club who stayed up after bending the rules.

Reading and Birmingham just avoided relegation the last time Peterborough went down. Feasible it was either of those, particularly Reading who's wage to turnover ratio was something like 187%.

Don’t know what game you were watching but Toal especially was fantastic today for me.

Saved me a post. Toal's best game in ages for me. He was immense.

My World is a Football was written for Aussie Rules

    Ooh really?

As there were only Wanderers fans commenting on the YouTube link I thought it may be specific to us but must just have been us that played it at the ground every week.

I reckon this last weekend (Stevenage) has cost around £500. Down on Thursday, couldn’t get in Les Miserables (well, we could but only place I could get two tickets together were £200 each!) so went next door to Gielgud Theatre to watch Sheridan Smith in Opening Night. What a bag of shite! Anyway, I digress. I reckon the money spent on football would easily pay for a decent fortnight in the Sun.

Saw Le Mis the night before Wembley. Looked forward to it for ages. It were shite!
