  1. Just get a bigger Alfa, if you're happy with them (a lot of people are) then nothing else comes close for looks or style. And you would get a stunning Giulia for 20k
  2. I still felt pretty good after last Saturday, we'd played well and given the league champs a great game, but today feels a bit like after the Barnsley at home play off game, you just knew, knew how it was all a bit too much to ask.
  3. Never mind the next 2 league games, they are irrelevant, ok (win at home lose at posh) but the play offs, where are the goals gonna come from? Collins? Hopefully. Dion Charles? Doubt it. Jarome? Leave it out. So its up to the rest then, will a hero emerge???
  4. Son in law said last night, do you think they will sack him if they don't go up? My answer was , well not Sack sack, but he will be encouraged to maybe move on.
  5. He's probably just realised that he's on a hiding to nothing, fail to go up and I'm afraid his days are numbered-, manage to somehow win the play offs and i think he's realised he would be back to square 1, where he looked way out of his depth and he's maybe not up for the pressure again.
  6. Agreed, Toal had to cover both their positions as Forrester looked terrified.
  7. This club has won the Noble Prize for Charity so many times the said we could keep it.
  8. I like it, it was never meant as a stadium anthem and the lad probably wrote it in 10 mins. Good effort.
  9. Its all irrelevant anyway due to our crap PA system. First time i ever went to old Trafford well over 40 years ago , the first thing that struck me was how good their sound system was, maybe coz ours was what they were throwing out at the Bolton Palais in 1949.
  10. Pure Morning by Placebo is pumped up and kind of menacing and sinister, maybe what we need.
  11. Needs to be a unique and tongue in cheek chant that will catch on with all sides of the arena. Back in the 70s (hear me out) the Swan cellar had a niche clientele and they would always play "Back in the night" by Dr Feelgood, now they had no Bolton connection but its a great bouncy song and the whole of the Swan used to chant "I'm a sausage roll, I'm a sausage roll" during the chorus. Trust me it was infectious and would deffo be a unique cult thing at BWFC.

Well it's not exactly Whisky in the jar
  13. You're right, he supports Utd.
  14. Son in law booked prem inn for last season and flogged it online to a Sheffield wednesday fan for a profit.
  15. So, Final. Would you go??? Its all business no pleasure and the disappointment is massive. Its costly too. I'm not sure.🤔
  16. This has been mentioned recently but i couldn't remember the reason, So, why did Biry used to ko at 3:15 for home games???
  17. Burnley & Liverpool?
  18. Apart from Oldham who were usually a decent 2nd tier club and had a couple of years in the sunshine at the top level , do we miss any of the others mentioned? There are always going to be flash in the pan teams like Bournemouth & Brentford are now, and what Swansea were like 10-12 years ago, Oxford in mid 80s but its all still the usual suspects year in year out. In the next 10 years a biggish club is really gonna hit skid row, who will it be? I reckon Sunderland.
  19. That time we let Birmingham off the hook last game of the season at our place really annoyed me , not coz i dislike Birmingham or that it even condemned someone else (don't remember anyway) but just the way we were so soft on them. Think it summed us up as Charity boys again.
  20. Bit strong!!!!! Still, the lad has his opinion and at times you gotta wonder 🤔🤔
  21. The south Stevenson way whites are back and are drinking heavily.😡
  22. Has Sally Nugent from breakfast bbc news had her T**s done????
