Psoas muscle convert here too.
Had abdominal pain from a sprint workout sustained in August.
Pain wasn't going away. Saw GP, had ultrasound in October. Hernia ruled out.
Carried on resting, told to use Voltaren!
Every time I ran same soreness.
Anyway saw Gonzos post, researched some stretches. Carried out before and after runs, world of difference.

Yeah Lucy Ward often contributes on the Guardian (Mens) Football podcast and she comes across quite well. Better than friggin Troy Townsend anyway.
