Well itd be boring if we all liked the same thing, I like those. Love a bright trainer.

As for being uncomfortable after years of wearing converse I'm now immune to pain.

Everyone seems to have on NB 327s or Vejas. I like NB but those 327s only look good if you've got small feet, so with size 11 it's a no from me.

I once bought a pair of converse, and they, believe it or not, are a million time less comfortable than the pair of Walsh I once bought. Both were shit, and made their way to the charity shop after a single wear. How folk wear Converse day in day out is beyond me

Quite staggering levels of ineptitude. They want people to vote for five more years of this? 🤦‍♀️

I honestly don't think they do, I think they want out, so they can clear the decks, and let somebody else deal with the mess they're leaving behind, because they know, as things stand, they can't

I've sort of said that above. I often find it a bit silly when you see shit like this below - extra bell end points for getting a bit of "lest we forget" on there as well

It’s not the St George flag. End of. Nike and England may say it is but it’s a blatant lie.

correct, dress it up how they like, if it's not a red cross on a white background, then it's simply not the English flag, and it shouldn't have the colours changed. It also arguably shouldn't have peoples names and football clubs names written on it either, but that's another issue. Whilst on about the English flag, I'm not sure I get why at England games there are always loads of Union Jacks, as that's not the English flag.

I'm not really a flag person as you can tell :)

It's been done to create a reaction.

    Which it has, for sure.

I maintain that they wouldn't even attempt this with any other flag.

maybe not, but on the plus side, it gives folk something to be outraged by, especially if they zoom up close on it, when the players are taking the knee

I don't think its meant to be anything other than a graphic choice, matches the cuffs and links to the second kit -  its purple because we have either worn red or blue second shirts so they've been merged to created purple...

its bog all to do with woke anything, its simply a design choice I believe, which I guess some feel they want a more traiditonal thing, some like a bit of change here and there.

Bugger, I was preparing to be outraged

ive never heard of dylan whatshisname

same here, but I don't think we're his/her target audience.

Anyway, who the fuck drinks Bud or Bud Light  - absolute shit, I'd rather drink Joey Holts, and that's saying something

He was on that 'Cant Pay... We'll Take It Away' a few years ago because he hadn't paid his dog kennelling fees.

which is probably why he's doing "an evening with" events for £20 a pop and charging to have a photo taken with him. He's one of those blokes, who some would say is a "character" but in reality he's not, he's just a bit of a fat old knacker, who has spunked away millions over the years

    Neil Ruddock.

Did one in Blackpool and ended up getting my mate to order a quarter of bing.

They all pilled back to a hotel room and he accused my pal of taking pictures of him to sell to paper or whatever.

His heavies lobbed him out and never paid him.

I went to "an evening with" event, where he sat on stage and told a load of made up stories that didn't happen. In fact most of the hour he spent on stage was spent slagging Harry Redknapp off, and telling us how he was on £20K per week at Liverpool - at the end, he came into the bar, but had his heavies around him. You could go and have a minute with him and a photo if you paid £10 for the pleasure. One bloke asked him to sign a Liverpool shirt, which he did....charged him another £10 for that 😁

I went to a similar event with Paul Merson, and surprisingly, he was excellent, and more than happy to spend time chatting and having photos, and signing memorabilia afterwards

it doesn't mean is that the Labour party have become rabid Thatcherites only wedded to a rampament free-market economy,

Does it matter if they have (or pretend to have)?  - you do what you can to win a GE, and it won't be anytime soon, as this lot will cling on until the very last minute (and I don't blame them, as I'd do the same), so you may as well try and appeal to those wavering Tory voters. The left leaning lot will still vote Labour, as there is nowhere else for them to go at present

I wonder if Nike would be brave enough to fuck around with the flag of oooooo let’s say at random Saudi Arabia, in this way:

I'm clearly not up on my flags, what do those colours mean/represent?  - I know the rainbow flag is for bummers, but what do purple, blue and dark blue represent?   - I need to know, so that I can decide if I need to be offended or not

I've not got much time for Anderson, but do we think he's as clever as he thinks he is? - He is, I'll admit, absolutely perfect for Reform UK, and I'll bet they couldn't believe there luck when he joined them (which he purposely engineered of course) - once he loses his seat in the GE, and he will, I wonder if, other than appearing on GB News, if we'll hear from him again, or if he'll just fade into the background.

I'm not massively fussed either way if people in the Labour party like Thatcher or not - it's not really relevant, Thatcher is almost out of living memory these days, so who really cares what she did or didn't do.

Anyway, if the Labour Party are going to become more Central/Conservative, then that's a good thing surely 😉
