Worst case I guess, is if they have absolutely no remorse and they just sit their laughing as sentence is passed - now that would be very distressing for the families potentially. I'm not sure that gagging and trussing folk up will work, you'll never get that passed through the courts

Aye, our neighbour works in palliative care, hence she has to test regularly. If she gets a cough or a cold anyway, then she's normally re-directed onto other duties, or at a minimum kept away from certain patients. I think she just tests to make sure that she's not got it, before the symptoms show, hence her testing 2 or 3 times a week.
Some jobs/professions I 100% understand why they need to still test. Most jobs though, I think folk are just cracking on.

I suppose it depends what you do for a living. Our neighbour tests every other day, I think, because of her job. My wife also tests if she's going seeing her Nan, who is 98 years old and pretty frail.
Generally though, I'm surprised that so many people still do seem to be testing
