I hardly think that people would be queueing up for his signature !! If someone wants a manager with no charisma, no people skills, a poor management track record, no energy, no enthusiam and someone who looks like they should be in the orangutang enclosure at Chester Zoo - then they must be very hard pressed.

Very interesting read and very sobering. Over the moon he is back and hopefully he will lead us to bigger and better next season !!

Was 1 of 4 that got put on the players coach back from Middlesboro after winning 1-0 at Ayresome Park on a sunday afternoon (in the snow) The coach had broken down and there was only 4 of us left with no lift. Phil Brown bought us fish and chips, gave us all a beer and collected us all the autographs. Scored a goal on Soccer AM when when we were fans of the week. (champions league star) The year we played West Ham and drew 1-1 (Ricketts scored)

Got to disagree about Cohen. He had done 4 or 5 dubious challenges before he got booked. Thought he was lucky to last as long as he did.

Couple of shocking decisions for me:- 1) Weiss on the touchline, when he beat his man and nearly got put into the stand. (no booking) 2) The lad that wrestled Ricketts to the floor right in front of us. Good decision to play on but surely should have been booked. He is a slime ball who loves himself. (don't they all !!!!)

Poor lad was hobbling for about 5 minutes and clearly didn't want the ball. So what did we do ? Gardener passed him the ball in the middle of the pitch and he couldn't even kick it away. We are thick at times.

We were punished again for not being able to finish. We had lots of possession and attack, but it all broke down in the box. What was Lee doing with that chance from 6 yards at 1-0 down ? We should have brought the goal machine on at half time as it was evident that Elmander and Davies just wasn't working. The home crowd were getting on their backs at 1-0 up, when passes were going astray. We got a lesson in clinical finishing and it has cost us. Although we would have settled for 3 points from 2 away games, realistically after winning on saturday we should have kicked on. Massive game again now on saturday and we will have no Muamba and OBrien and Knight as the centre backs. On the positive side - was in bed for 12-15, after dropping true marple off at 12 !!

Getting excited for tonights game,just hope we perform !!

If we can get an early goal and get the natives on their backs - I could fancy a win here. I certainly feel that 4 points in these next 2 games (or maybe 6 !!) would see us well on the way to safety.

Watched every possible bit of football today and had a skip in my step. Can't wait for the next. (just needs to happen a bit more often !!)

Well done Ricketts, that was your best game in a white shirt. At least we are keeping a few clean sheets now, if you don't let any in - you can't lose !! 3 big games coming up, come on you whites.

Was thinking about the lack of good times this season and the games I have enjoyed:- City, Spurs (twice), Everton, Birmingham But people have got to remember that unless you have pots of money, you are not going to have season after season of good times. Think back into the 80's. Remember teams such as Rochdale who have never been out of the bottom division, teams that have gone into administration, teams that have gone out of business. This is all about supporting your team through thick and thin and by the look of it we are finding out that we don't have as many loyal fans as we thought. The people that jumped on the premiership band wagon are now jumping off. Come on, get behind your team, lets avoid relegation and start afresh next season.

Must admit I laughed out loud in between watching the darts. Although a did feel a twinge of jealousy at the start.

Although putting it into perspective, 13k at home to Spurs for a 5th round FA cup tie and taking 250 to the replay is pretty poor. In fairness, I only listened between 7 and 7 -30, so not heard how the show has developed.

I do think it will be one of the lowest totals needed to survive though.

It was our throw in, that SKD tried to pass back that went out of play. They then went up the pitch and scored.

Still doesn't hide the fact that he should have been dropped for a number of inept performances. No player is immune to that. When Wilshere played instead of him at City, I thought he did well. Then low and behold Taylor is put straight back in. I do not agree with chastising our own players, but Taylors performances this season do not equal first team football for me. Sometimes a spell on the bench galvanises a player. I also think the same could be said of SKD (who I love to bits), but just hasn't been on his game for a few months (apart from Arsenal away)

Had nothing but stick from people at work already about this. When you think spurs brought nearly as many as us and they have had to travel 4 hours, it is a disgrace. Be interesting to see our followings at Wigan and Blackburn, must win games and cheap tickets as well.

For once we can't rely on other results. We need to put our own house in order. WIgan is a must win, then Blackburn (who have won there last 3 at home !!)

This season is going from bad to worse. No clinical striker (Klasnic) when we are playing all the teams around us in the next few weeks, top goalscorer and defender now out for season. Bright young talent on loan from top 4 club not featuring in any games !! I am very worried now..................

Can't cope with this. Jumping round the room when brum took the lead. Can we not take this into our own hands for a change ? Did have a ?10 double on brum and chelsea though, that made it a bit more nervy !!

I can't believe that we have got the upper tiers not open for an FA Cup 5th round tie. Big draw,large away following, on TV and we are going to look tin pot. I am not bothered so long as we win but you can see it now that all the talk in the studio will be about the poor crowd etc etc What more does the club have to do ? - you have got cheap prices. I am at a loss.
