Just had a look at the old school house in Harwood and for 2 bed apartments now starting £1200 including fees. Who in their right mind is paying that here. One of its features ‘close to Manchester’ amazing.

A dear do.

Those "fees" will be one to watch too, sure I've heard tales of them going up dramatically.

Still, they may be able to fish the lodge from the apartment, so that's a positive!

I imagine where T lives as the epicentre of rent prices with decreasing value concentric circles expanding outwards.

Mental. Flats/apartments have gone crazy.

Does anyone know if the posh flats off Manchester rd/Bradford street have been abandoned? No work done for some time!

It's definitely a thing, Radcliffe has become even more of a desolate shithole since he left there.....

Been doing some work on a few of the skyscrapers in Manchester.

Knife edge for some of the companies involved in them.

A lot of what’s going on isn’t sustainable.

Chinese money is starting to dry up and the UK money you could fit in a teacup.

Could go either way.

What happened to house prices and rents crashing because of BREXIT?

Why are you bothered, I thought you didn't give a fuck?

Anyone who uses the phrase

“As such, the proposed development should be approved without delay"

Means you're a cunt and haven't done much research

Usually written by a graduate

I know, for somebody who is clearly quite bright, he does ask some ridiculous questions, I assume he must have gotten shell shock or something when he was in the army

Of course I do, I’ve got properties and tenants to keep happy. Shall we have that as a Brexit benefit?

What’s ridiculous about it, didn’t many experts say house prices would crash because of Brexit?

Only your houses matter

Did they? - I honestly don't know, and obviously neither do you, otherwise you wouldn't be asking the question I guess.....

Even if they did, then they clearly got it wrong. There's a lot of it about, on both sides, with regards to Brexit.

Ours has gone up by at least 50% since we moved in.

Seen a five bed in Little Lever on at half a million!!

Said to Mrs Swanny we should sell up, buy cheaper and live mortgage free, she's not having it. Something about wanting something to leave to the kids.

genuinely feel for young ones trying to get on the mortgage ladder atm, we were really lucky.
