I think im now out

Combination of habit being broken due to not beimg able to plan transport and missing out on tickets i want

Added to the fact i dont think we will miss play offs based on away results

I am unwilling to make the big buy in to find i dont get a bristol ticket cos half the tickets dont get released and the other half are bought by travel club regulars who know when theres queues and what time from

So basically, im daying get fucked as im not willing to get kicked in the bollocks

Plus, its easier to do ifollow and we will lose

The losing is one of the bigger reasons. :)

But im serious about the others, too

Seems very unfair giving certain groups an advantage based on which group they’re with at the club. I’m sure there are folk using club travel who are 100%ers but many will pick and choose their games. Yet, based on the fact they travel to games, watch the game, travel home with like-minded folk, they get their tickets without the hassle. That style of away supporting wouldn’t do for most of us on here so puts us at a massive disadvantage.

16th, 18th and 30th March but trains will be probably be in the wrong place so delays on 17th and staff finishing early for strike on 18th.

Ridiculous these train strikes - evey other fcuker on stike for one day - its one day only - they dont affect day before and after

I remember us once playing the other Sheffield team on a Friday night on sky.   Think we won 1-0 or maybe 2-1.  I can picture us playing in green and nathan Blake scoring.

Sure I ain't dreaming this

Branagan with a fantastic double save that night.

RMT members who work for National Rail are on strike on the 17th

I’m not sure I quite understand this fascination with Bristol Rovers tickets?

Its a noon kick-off on a Sunday. I know it’s a Bank Holiday weekend.

We will more than likely be comfortably in the play-off positions with little to play for.

Expensive play-off matches (Plymouth/Ipswich?) and potentially another Wembley final to come?

You’ve spent too much time reading the Portsmouth thread today! 😂

Pure neg on there! I have thought for a long while that this one will be too difficult a task for us to face down though, they'll be right up for it intimidating atmosphere big belief they can win the league etc. Seems like the exact kind of situation we'll struggle in right now.

from https://www.rmt.org.uk/news/rmt-announces-further-strikes-and-overtime-ban-in-national-rail/

Network Rail members will take strike action at:

02:00 hours on March 16th 2023 and 01:59 hours on March 17th 2023.

I am assuming!!! as strike finishes in early hours of Friday - then it will be a "normal" timetable for rest of day/evening

A rare "in" from me.  Plus 3.

One of my favourite grounds, and we may not be playing them next season.

And one within reasonable distance where you don't have to plan your life around getting on the website at a certain time knowing you probably won't get tickets anyway.

Another bonus is they don't appear to hate us and its highly unlikely they'll be complaining post-match about how our fans acted like knobheads.

For me it’s because I’ve only been to watch Runcorn there and need to tick it off my list of grounds with bolton
