Bristol Rovers (a) Last match of season

Is it me or do seasons fly by these days?

Anyway, itโ€™s going to be messy. Strike dates checked. Train and hotel booked. Staying Saturday until Monday. Letโ€™s get wrecked!

Looking back at the highlights we are still really shit at dealing with balls in the penalty area

Can't be helped by the defense having a collective nervous breakdown every time they realise it's Dixon stood behind them.

Seriously important that Traff stays fit & not sent off/suspended for the next 3 matches.

Not sure Dixon was to blame for either goal, though.

Santos should clear the first and Toal should have dealt with the second and then MJ was slow to react.. Dixon doesn't inspire confidence at all, though, but did make some decent stops.

If it was his first game, id agree

First one in particular he was deceived...but it was so like accy

Second one, MJ had plenty opportunty to get shut

But, main thing, theres no way a defender would be confident with him

Yeah, exactly. Not entirely his fault, but he doesn't inspire confidence.
And when he legged it out to meet their winger....

Even that, hes not our first keeper this season to do that

Me too

but he just doesnโ€™t look confident one bit, hope this is another no thanks & shake handsย

There was a real shocker second half

Thats definitely on him

Madness if not

Very few second chances at this stage

Not so arsed in normal league games

I didn't realise at the time that Victor's shot hit the post. I though he'd dragged it slightly wide.
