kent_white Posted May 25 Share Posted May 25 Can someone help and old man. I bought my Son and X-Box S a couple of months back. It's driving me mad. I've got 2 controllers and they both work in the normal X-Box menu - but as soon as we open a game, only one of them works. Tried updating the controllers and all that stuff. But it's still not working. Reading that the only option is a factory reset - but my Son won't let me because he'll lose all his progress. I want to smash him at things 😁 Can anybody help? Thing with consoles is whilst they are meant to be simple, of something isn't working you have absolutely no access to anything.
