so £60 rather than £50.

If you pay monthly yes. But you can cancel whenever you want. So you could wait for several episodes of the documentary to be released, and watch them all for a fiver. Each to their own innit. If you thinks it's a rip off, don't pay it. 🤷‍♂️

Absolutely.

I don't bother paying for ours, but certainly don't begrudge the club offering the service to anyone that does.

I think the point is that the same service, with the exception of the full match replays, was previously offered for free

Just the way it is. If you want to watch the content, but don't want to pay a fiver a month, tough. Or you faff about and find a way to watch it for free. Same with every media subscription service.

It doesn't have to be though

Especially as the content is essentially a promotional exercise on behalf of the club

There seems to me to be a real disconnect between the club's positioning itself as an asset and force for good in the community and it's near relentless pursuit of maximising revenue streams from its loyal supporter base

It grates with me, but I expect I'm in the minority

It clearly does if we want to maintain our current direction of travel, otherwise it'd all be on youtube for free. Nobody is forcing anybody to shell out.

Well, plenty of clubs manage to prosper without doing it

But there we are

Do they? I don't give a fuck about any other clubs, so have no idea what they're doing.

I'm sure they will be watching and listening. If it doesn't work they will scrap it.

A funny old world when fans are complaining about club footage. At one time none of it was available, so no one gave a toss.

It might be a touch disappointing that I can't now watch a full match replay, but there are more pressing issues of the day.

If I suddenly feel the need, I'll pay- it's cheap after all- but the best way to express your concern is simply not to subscribe.

If folk do though, then that's their choice and they're putting money into the club. Might even help knock a fiver off the cost of a season ticket. :)

Yes - great stuff again.  Love seeing the inside track from the club & players perspective.  They care.  Dust in the eye moments listening to Gethin reliving Wembley in particular.  We need to keep reminding ourselves (esp on bad days like yesterday) that the club continues to head the right direction.
